Canonly, Cassandra is attracted to qunari. We get it in a dialogue with Bull if she’s romancing a qunari inquisitor 

Iron Bull: So, Seeker, seems you have a thing for Qunari men after all. Cassandra: Certain ones...

And, when Bull continues to flirt with her, she doesn’t tell him to stop, but rather that nothing would come of it, but he can continue all he likes

Iron Bull: If you need any help with that frustration back in camp, let me know. Cassandra: It's never going to happen. Iron Bull: Apologies for giving offense. I will stop making invitations, Seeker. Cassandra: I was not offended. Nor did I say you should stop, so long as we are both clear it's never happening. Iron Bull: Works for me.

Clearly, Cassandra doesn’t actually mind the attention and flattery that Bull gives regarding her skills and strength. It’s what she likes being appreciated for.

From this, we can derive that Cassandra likes her men big, powerful, and flirtatious. (and of course, this applies to women too ;) )

           He smiles into the kiss when it’s given, subjecting his lips to the faintest curve beneath the pleasant ( though minimal ) weight of contact. His hand falls down to her waistline, the other by now seated along the tip of her hip. Ayden relishes each second of this long desired union, but the thought of exposure to more of this excites him even more so.

         Warmth always feels inviting, and the Seeker is drawn against a form much larger than her own ( an embrace paired with feelings of security - not that she requires it but it is enjoyable in such a moment.) Such care is placed between brutal warriors, transcribed into affection and romance. 

               She smiles then, eyes partly closed, breath felt upon her skin.                “I may have something in mind - there is quite a selection now                 from the library.” Another pause, looking upwards now. “Though                 now I do believe the topic need not matter so much.”

“No?  Do they have another word for standing menacingly behind another man in Nevarra, I wonder?”  He pressed his chin into his hand, unruffled by the Seeker’s seeming impatience.  “My dear woman, you are the only person who rattles up here with so many jangly bits.  I knew you were here the moment you started up the stairs – but nevermind that.  What is it you are looking for?

Her irritation with the Tevinter mage has always been frequent, given his attitude, but in such an instance, she had been standing for quite some time. “It is... a tome, something regarding history of the crypts of Nevarra - there is something of a... request to find it within Skyhold’s shelves, if possible.”
