In Breath of the Wild, I was wondering the whole time if they could make Ganondorf look as regal as he was in Hyrule Warriors - I never thought of a magnificent beard to match the flowing mane. SO REGAL.

I heard that it’s Zelgan Week! Here’s some sketches I did a while back for @krokodilov’s wonderful Ganon’s Severed Head AU.
The lady knight Zelda finds the immortal dark wizard Ganon, sealed deep inside a mysterious temple. Or, well, Zelda finds.. his head. Cut off at the neck. Still talking.
Being immortal, Ganon can’t die - but the priests who sealed him there figured he couldn’t do much harm without his body. And now, after hundreds of years, he’s bored and wants revenge.
Sensing his chance to escape, Ganon tells Zelda that he knows the location of the Triforce of Power, but in exchange, she must help him find the rest of his body parts and restore him. Not telling her who he really is - the ancient enemy of Hyrule’s royal family.
But as they travel together, and Ganon depends on Zelda completely to help him, Ganon starts to have second thoughts about his plans for Hyrule. And, little does he know, but Zelda has some secrets of her own….
A story about a little lady knight trying to carry around the limbs of a gigantic, sardonic, ancient wizard. Perfect.
