After a lot of well-needed sleep, Demoman and Sniper switch which parent they spend the day with, Sniper being asked out to tend the sheep with Jonathan. It leads to some closure and common ground, particularly on the topic of Demoman.

Martha, meanwhile, is delighted by all of this werwolf business and wants to know more. After all, not often you meet a werewolf, let alone one who has a magic charm that lets him transform at will!

TF2 Fanfic - Approval Chapter 1

True to his word, Sniper takes Demoman home for a week to meet his parents. And, hopefully, win their approval. Thankfully, Demoman is as easygoing and charming as ever. He certainly gives Sniper's dad a thing or two to think about regarding his son's life choices.

And in spite of Sniper's better judgement, they do screw around in his childhood bedroom. Because Demoman is easygoing and charming as ever, the little shit.

God this thing is so fucking cute it hurts. I had a lot of fun writing Martha (I chose a name for her based on context what with her husband being named Jonathan and Sniper being Kiwi Superman) and tore my hair out trying to figure out Jonathan. I hope it's not too hard to believe. I didn't want the guy to be a villain, yanno?

No real warnings, though there's a bit of bonding over mutual loathing of the English, but I feel like that's to be expected when a Scotsman and three Australians are in the same room. Also my deepest apologies to people who don't like reading accents. I tried to keep them as stable and legible as possible, lmao. And further apologies to any Australians if my attempts at incorporating slang fell flat. AND finally, thank you so much to @47witchyneurons for giving this bad boy a beta read! :D I deeply appreciate it, and your comments on the jokes in particular helped me know what was landing how I wanted it to, lol. :D

TF2 Fanfic - The Whole Damn Show

Engineer and Pyro make some time to be silly and sexy before turning in for the night. Engineer gives Pyro a show then pays quite a bit of attention to his nice, thick ass. In the afterglow, Pyro muses about Engineer's cybernetic arm, and makes a startling discovery. This one goes out to my husband @brokengaming and his obsession with my ass. Since Scout had passed all of his tests of focus with flying colours, Spy decides to award him by teaching him a new spell. Then lets him put it to use with his final test: Something Scout had mentioned to Heavy a few days prior, a gangbang.

A temporary diversion to Fastlane gives Soldier the perfect opportunity to perform his test for Scout's magic training, thanks to a little help from a RED team push and that Cephalophore's Collar that Medic got him. What's better than screwing your boyfriend in the middle of a firefight? Being able to blow him at the same time!

Warnings: Soldier is a dullahan and as such is both undead and able to remove his head. It's not gory or anything, but it sure is weird. And thanks to the aforementioned magic item, said removed head stays intact and able to move and percieve just the same as if it were still attached. Which he uses to deepthroat Scout. So yanno, weird. Possibly squicky to some. Heads up. (pun not intended but inevitable)

TF2 Fanfic - Contentration Chapter 6 - Heavy: I Think We All Knew This Was Coming

It's Heavy's turn to help Scout with his spell training, and it's basically a foregone conclusion what sort of duress Scout's half-jotun boyfriend could put him in to challenge his skill at maintaining a transformation. So why subvert expectations when you can stuff a faun full of a cartoonishly big dick?

Scout's next assignment is Medic, to be a guinea pig for the doctor's latest arcane experiement. Unfortunately, it's also a medical experiment, which means Scout has to suffer through the ordeal of surgery with the painkilling properties of the medigun turned down and the excited infodumping levels of the Teutonic garuda turned up to 11.

Two days of excrutiation were enough to prove to Spy that Scout was serious about perfecting his spell to hold human form.  As a bit of a reprieve, he arranged something a bit…lighter for day three.  And he’s enlisted the assistance of Demoman (and some handy medigun action from Medic) to give Scout a whole new thrill: Sticky Jumping.

Happy 10th Anniversary To Monstrous Intent!

Holy shit y’all I noticed it was coming up the other day and I still can’t believe that Monstrous Intent has been around for a decade now.  That’s bonkers.  I first published Predation, the first fic to be written in the series (and the start of my chaotic tendency to write out of order) on June 26, 2013.  It doesn’t feel like it’s been that long, hot damn. I wish I could have planned some kind of big fic to come out today to celebrate, but sadly it was not to be.  But I will post some links here, in case folks who follow me haven’t read it, or want to catch up, etc.  I’m really proud of this AU/series/thing and all the joy it’s brought people and the creativity it’s sparked in them over the years.  <3  I love writing MI and look forward to writing more.  I do have an ending in mind, and while it’s a while away yet, I fully intend to get there or die trying lol.  I hope y’all will be along for the ride.

Here on Tumblr, my writing blog, @typingatlightspeed, has a page dedicated to collecting Monstrous Intent, including works others have written for it, their canon status, and where they fit into the timeline if applicable.  Ever wonder why I never wrote Medic learning to fly?  @hatoholic did a better job than I ever could have, and it is canon, and linked there, along with other stories, canon but vague about timeline, by @hatoholic, @oddport-fiction, @unicornsandbutane, and an AU of the AU by @foxtrotbeastbot!

In case you don’t know, Monstrous Intent has a dedicated sideblog, over at @monstrousintent, where I reblog my fics, the fics others have written set in the universe, art people have done based on it, art that just kinda fits the vibe, shitposts of a similar nature, my own headcanons (are they just canons since it’s my AU? we need a better word for that) about the characters and setting and stuff, and other such sundry things.  There’s a bunch of amazing art of the AU there and some of it even escaped the purge ifyougetwhatImean so just like all of MI, it’s 18+.

And on Ao3, I have the definitive versions of my MI fics, which I am slowly updating to fix a few of the weird formatting issues that copy/pasting stuff from LibreOffice into a browser causes for whatever reason.  Also a few lil grammar tweaks.  I’ll probably update a few fics for continuity over time, but I’ll make mention for those if it’s big enough.  Nothing more than like a line or two, though.  For the most part I feel my work stands.

Thank y’all again for sticking with me and letting me play in this space and make something I truly love with all my heart.  Especially when my medication stole like five or six years of my creative life from me.  It means the world to me to be back.  Wild to think that this all started because I was vaguely grumpy that Sniper got all of the werewolf fics and art when it was Demo who had the in-game wolfman cosmetic, lol.

Btw if anyone’s curious, afaic the official theme song of Monstrous Intent is absolutely “Fooled Around And Fell In Love” by Elvin Bishop and I am forever grateful to @jennieplanet for putting that into my brain.

When Scout had taken Spy’s offer to teach him to better control his shapeshifting and hold a more human form, he hadn’t know exactly what sort of training to expect.  For Spy, that, in itself, was part of it.  It’s hard to concentrate, after all, if you’re always guessing.  And with the help of the rest of the team, Spy certainly intended to keep Scout guessing. Lawn games and shenangians happen, many adult libations are imbibed, and things get…incredibly raunchy.

It was gonna be the opening for something much larger, and was written just before my medication stole my ability to write from me. I gave it a read, punched it up a bit, and gave it an ending, so here it is! :D Hopefully this'll be a nice treat while I finish up on the BIGASS 37k WIP I'm working on atm.

TF2 Fanfic - Ain’t Seen Nothin’ Yeti

A rare day of slightly less snow gives Sniper the opportunity to explore the mountains around Coldfront and see if he can get up to any shenanigans. Demoman comes along to keep an eye on him, and of course, they get caught in a sudden blizzard while they’re out and about. A cavern on the side of the cliff seems like a good place to shelter until the weather lets up. At least, until they discover they’ve intruded upon a yeti’s territory; one who refuses to take no for an answer.

Also Sniper is just a ridiculous slut.

I’M BACK FUCKERS!  With my doctor’s advisement I’ve stopped taking ritalin, as it wasn’t really helping manage my symptoms, just giving me side effects.  TURNS OUT THE FIVE+ YEAR WRITER’S BLOCK I HAD WAS ONE OF THOSE SIDE EFFECTS FUCK ME.  Literally day two off the stuff I began on this, and have been pounding out the story all week.  I’m so happy y’all.

Also: Jersey Friends is a real thing, and the story Scout tells actually happened at my larp.  In-game it was a duel between a human knight and a fae king.  The fae king called Jersey Friends and the kick.  I’ve never been so proud to be those boys’ friend.  The water balloon fight is a reference to another time it happened at larp lol.

Warnings: HUGE INSERTIONS, too much come, rough sex, marathon sex, and vaaaguely dubcon in that even though Sniper is absolutely on board for what’s happening, saying no would be a massive inconvenience to him.  So like, dubcon under the barest pretenses, even though Sniper enthusiastically consents.  Better safe than sorry so I’m mentioning it just to be sure.
