But wait. What the heck is going on with the remaining 31%? I’m worried. Are they OK? Do they lack internet access? Is their life a mess that allows no time for entertainment? Or do they have the technology but not the know-how? DID THE EDUCATION SYSTEM FAIL THEM SO BADLY?? WE MUST SAVE THEM.
