Im considering deactivating this blog but it holds a lot of memories under certain tags. So Im not going to deactivate it but just not be on here as much. this blog has just lost a sense of community to me. Sadly :(

First day at the job today.
Then out to the horses but Paris has the day off. This blog is becoming something of less enjoyment to me. I can't decide if I should just delete it all together or just leave it be. I don't find enjoyment anymore. There's no one to interact with that acts closely interested in anything I post.

Princess was a princess again today. Got a lot done at the barn. Mucked stalls and refilled with shavings. Came home and made some bomb ass lettuce wraps. Waiting for a call from the boy and then heading off to bed soon. It has been a SUPER productive day, I feel like I got a lot done with errands. Up and early for another vet appointment tomorrow morning for my pup’s surgery. Then Thursday is Paris’s vet appointment and hopefully the last vet visit for a while in this house.
Those wraps look great! What’s in them?
They were so delicious I've got a food baby haha, highly recommend them! They're made from ground chicken, some hoisin sauce, onions, soy sauce, garlic, and a little ginger. Tossed it into the skillet for 10 or 15 minutes and voila! You can find the recipe on Pinterest that's what I did! I'm super happy with how these came out. I really don't fancy red meat when I have the choice and I was worried the chicken might come out dry but it didn't! It was moist and saucy and delicious with the lettuce it was a perfect combination. After the picture I drizzled some extra teriyaki sauce I found in the fridge and that was a great idea. Basically the easiest dinner ever invented and fairly healthy when I used chicken, organic onions and lettuce.

Today started with a struggle. Vet cancelled early in the morning. So after that I went to the gym and killed some squats. Came home showered and got presentable again and then ran errands. Not too shabby for a bad morning. Vet for the dog tomorrow and vet rescheduled for the horse on Thursday.
