"It’s your garbage," Setsuna calmly replied as he toweled off his hair.

At a glance, 95% of the hair in the glob was purple. Setsuna’s hair tended to stay on his head. Therefore, it was 95% Tieria’s problem.

"You are completely ridiculous. You could have just called and I would have come. There is no need to litter. Or you could have thrown it yourself I know for sure it is not a hard task" 

Tieria sighs and takes some tissues before grabbing the hair ball and throwing it away. He goes to glare at Setsuna again before leaving. "And its your turn to cook."

"Tieria, what’s happening to me?"

"I certainly cannot answer that since you were human last night. Did you eat or drink something different from usual?"

Platonic Housemates AU [closed]

Setsuna kicked off his shoes as he walked through the door and headed straight for the shower. Running in the humid air outside left him completely soaked. He turned the water on, and immediately noticed that it was barely draining.

Ugh. Not again.

He removed the drain cover, and lo and behold, once again, a wad of purple was causing the blockage. Great. Setsuna pulled out the hair and left it on the sink, so his housemate would get the message.

Finally, he could actually enjoy his shower.

Tieria was lounging around as he had nothing to do. He had done all that was to be done. It was quite a boring day without anything happening.

He heard Setsuna come home but did not bother moving from his position as he had gotten comfortable. 

Once he heard the lock click and saw Setsuna step out of the bathroom he goes in as he needed a shower and the sight at the sink made him quite angry. "Setsuna F. Seiei." He says loudly as he goes to find Setsuna. "Why would you leave such a thing in the sink! That is what the garbage bin is for!"

"Are you serious?" Neil was a little surprised to hear the question posed back at him. "I need nourishment otherwise I’ll lose my muscle mass." He began to wonder if perhaps this was one of those differences between Tieria and himself since Tieria wasn’t quite human. "I also need the energy to focus.."

"According to the data available the amount of calories required for individuals are roughly the same amount unless they are doing strenuous activity so I do not understand why you require so much food. But as you wish I will eat some more as this is not my body." Tieria says a little coldly and goes to pick up some more food. The goes to think of why Lockon needs so much food when they do the same activities as he nibbles on the food.

"I suppose not anything too specific at the moment.." Neil responds thoughtfully. "I do want to keep improving myself though, both physically and mentally…my mother always said it’s important to learn something new everyday." He smiles a little bashfully. "I know university can keep you busy and I admire that you seem so focused on school, I always had trouble with that."

"Improving yourself is something important and we learn everyday there is no need to be in an academy just to learn. There are things that can be learnt through experience." Tieria blushes a little at the comment. "I do not have much to do besides study as I do not have any time consuming hobbies besides reading."

Neil considers that for a moment and nods. “Yeah, I suppose if they’re rich enough they don’t really care how good the quality is…so long as it sells.” He shrugs his shoulders lightly. “you’d be surprised what small companies can accomplish when they use their funds wisely.”

"Its a matter of how the funds are used not the amount they have. But then again the media industry is about selling and making profit. Making something of quality is hardly something that concerns them." It was simply the truth and Tieria doesn't bother sugar coating that.

Neil’s expression fades a little at the question. It was true that he didn’t even fully understand how they were able to meet in the first place but he didn’t want their meetings to stop. “I’m sure..that if I keep thinking of you we’ll surely meet so as long as we don’t forget…it’ll be fine right?” He tries to offer him a smile even though the thought made him a bit nervous.

"I guess so. Maybe we will get lucky one day." Tieria gives him a small smile, unsure of what else he could do to ensure Neil. "I guess we shouldn't waste the time we have. So let's do something." He turns to Neil a little hopefully.

"Come now, I’m your owner but I’m also your friend…you can be honest with me." Neil pleads with him. He genuinely wanted Tieria to open up after all. He continues to pet Tieria’s tail lightly with a calm expression. "you do trust me right?"

Tieria looks away a little not too sure on how to respond to that. "I do but... I can't tell you." He was not willing to divulge any more information.

Neil returns the hug slightly and doesn’t linger knowing he’s still in the store. He packs up their things in the car and makes sure Tieria and Regene are situated in the car before jumping into the driver’s seat. “Man, I’m starving, let’s head to the restaurant now.”

"You are not the only hungry one." Regene goes to lounge around and goes to poke Tieria trying to get a reaction from him. "What are we eating again?"

Tieria nods at Neil to show his agreement before hissing at Regene and batting his hand away. 

"Hmm" Neil sits back and tries to think of what kind of game would be simple enough to teach Tieria as he pets his head. "Perhaps I could teach you a card game, maybe after you nap some more." He knew Tieria was usually sleep after a nice meal. "I might even join you, it’s a little tiring cooking a meal." Neil admits with a light chuckle.

"A card game does not sound bad." Tieria blushes a little at Neil's comment. "Since you are also tired then we should have a short nap." He refuses to admit that he was getting sleepy himself but it was getting hard to not look sleepy.

Lyle heads to class the next day about five minutes late but doesn’t bother rushing. He knew today was the day the teacher had asked them to start their projects and though he was usually passionate about this subject he knew one partner in particular would be problematic. Lyle slumps down in his seat and fights back a yawn as he waits for the teacher to arrive.

Regene makes no move to acknowledge Lyle and goes to get his notes ready as they need to discuss the project further and split the work. He is trying to think up of ways so he won't have to work with Lyle too much. 

Soon the teacher comes and he had to sit with his group. He is not too happy about the arrangement but it can't be helped.

Lyle notices when Tieria’s gaze shifts away from him and he begins to feel a little tense knowing exactly who’s on his mind. He pushes the thought away for the moment and gently touches Tieria’s hand. “Don’t look so gloomy, it doesn’t suit you.”

Tieria splutters a little. "I am not looking gloomy. Don't be ridiculous." He looks away and takes a sip of his drink instead trying to distract himself from his own thought.
