Replace "reddit" with "reveddit" in any reddit url to reveal deleted or removed comments. If the comment/post was deleted too quickly after it was posted, it may not pull it up, but it works most of the time

Ok, weird - I'm not judging! I'm not a native speaker of English and OP is, and I'm a proponent of grammar being descriptive, so this is just a question:

To me it sounds wrong because of the hand and reach being an intransitive verb? "I reached out to him" is already with a hand. "I reached out to him with my right hand" if it's supposed to be specific.

reach is a transitive verb, because you can physically reach out with more than just your hand and because reach has multiple meanings

reach can mean the physical action of reaching out a body part or object ("i reached the stick out to him), it can mean communicating with someone ("i reached out to him and he never got back to me"), it can mean arriving ("i reached the next town at 6 pm"), or it can mean getting access to ("the beach can only be reached by car")

when you say "i reached out to him," you only know what type of "reach" is meant depending on context -- and thus the object of "my hand" is implied as a direct object
