This week saw the European release of the Nintendo DSi so in celebration of this, we're giving you a Nintendo classic that has been blocked up by a youtuber! Lego style computer games are all the rage at the mo, quite rightly too! Although I wish they would remake some classics, apart from Star Wars we have been subject to the likes of Indiana Jones and the up coming Harry Potter games. Hopefully someone will pull their finger out soon and give us some stunning Lego titles i'm pusing for Lego Preditor or Punisher!

Amen to youtube and the people that take the time to make these wicked recreations! So from back when he was Black, when he didn't need to do 50 nights runs in London to pay off his debts, we give you Micheal Jackson doing the Thriller Lego style, although i doubt it we'll be seeing it release in a set, It's only the really big movies that are getting official Lego sets these days like the Batman and Harry Potter. But wouldn't it be cool if they started doing classic old school sets? Army of Darkness anyone?

2009 is the year of Astronomy, it's also the year that Prof Stephen Hakings intends to resign as the Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at Cambridge University. While surfing this week i came across this rather striking replica of the Big Brain, and couldn't resist a little tribute to one of the greatest minds of our time.

A pretty bad day to be a storm trooper! Nice to see star wars is still being made albeit on a small scale than ILM, i've seen dozens of similar videos posted on youtube recently! If its not star wars then other great movies like Harry Potter and Indiana Jones have been recreated! No doubt this is credited to the popular video game titles! The Lego: Harry Potter is in production at the present time along with Lego: Indiana Jones 2!

The best Lego Break dance video that I've found on Youtube.........

The Lego Beer Song! What a great song...

Lego Star Wars : The Complete Saga (Wii)

Lego Star Wars : The Complete Saga (Wii) This is the best game that i have bought for my Wii to date, I love it! I have previously played on the original versions for PS2 but given the Wii touch this game has turned amazing! I especially love the controls  using the Wii remote as a lightsaber AMAZING!!The story this time is much better than the previous games.

I also found a great page on Lego Star Wars here.

Lego - The Best Invention ever?

Are you a Lego freak too? Beyond the playschool age and still playing? Well welcome to my page and find out what those brains at Lego will come up with next, where the best places to buy are and what I've been building recently.

LEGO bricks start life as a type of shiny plastic used to make allkinds of things from piping, construction materials and of course toys. It comes in nearly all the colours of the rainbow and is highly versitile. The base granules are then taken to the next step - the molding machine.

The plastic melts at around 450 degrees after which the it is then pressed at between 25 and 150 tons of pressure into the relevant molds - the birth of the lego block has begun.

The newly born blocks then have to cool off after which time they get sorted into boxes, those boxes are then labelled, scanned and stored away in the great lego holding facility in the production facility in Denmark. There after the relevant boxes are sent to the Czech Republic, the US or stay in Denmark to be sorted into the final sets ready for us to buy....
