You can use ADHD tips for your poor memory. You can stim even if you're not autistic (stimming has a lot of overlap between disorders honestly). You can use chronic fatigue tips if you have depression. You're not stealing resources. If it helps you, it helps you, whether you were the target audience or not

THEY STILL CARE, AND WANT TO PROTECT EACHOTHER, AND THOSE FEELINGS GET ALL MIXED UP INTO BEING PALE. NOW HERE’S THE REALLY INTERESTING PART, WHEN SHE’S HER HERO SELF, AND HE’S HIS CIVILLIAN SELF, HER FLUSHCRUSH AND HIS PITCH ONE, COMBINED WITH THEM *NOT KNOWING* THAT THE OTHER ONE’S CIVILLIAN IDENTITY/HERO IDENTITY IS CRUSHING ON THEM, THEY SOMEHOW HAVE A ***TWO PERSON ASHEN TRIAD*** THEY AUSPISTICISE BETWEEN THEMSELVES! FOR THEIR OWN SECRET IDENTITYS! THESE DUMBASSES ARE ALL THE QUADRENTS, ALL AT ONCE, AND THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW IT!!! IT’S BEAUTIFUL AND COMPLICATED, EVEN BY TROLL STANDARDS!
