   The line was farely short, seeing as the two of them always traveled at ridiculous hours when the airport wouldn’t be as packed as usual. “Lemme just grab our passports.” she stated, leaning over and fishing into one of the bags Landon was carrying over his shoulder. Two blue booklets were retrieved just in time for the pair to approach an available employee. The process was fairly smooth, and soon enough they were being instructed to place suitcases on the weight scale, which she took a step back for Landon to do.

   A soft groan fell from his lips as he was relieved from the bags, stacking them onto the strong platform. If he had to drag those bags along wit him any longer, her swore his muscles were going to give out sooner or later.  "Damn—" Landon rested a hand on her shoulder, raising his eyebrows, "feels good not being able to hold that crap." Most of that "crap" was Natalia's, he was never the one to pack too much on a trip — he figured he would never use half of it anyway.

   While hearing the update he’d provided her with, Natalia couldn’t prevent the pink tint from flaring across her cheeks. “An hour? Oh, I didn’t think we were that early.” she mumbled, though his cheerful attitude was quick to rub off on her. “This way, alright?” she announced, making her way over to the check in counter with a bounce in her step.

   An amusing smile grew upon his lips knowing that he'd made her feel better. He noticed the sudden change in her mood, Natalia now seemed more chipper. "Yep, seems right." He nodded. They've been through this airport together countless of times, but the structure still seemed new to them. Each time they find themselves roaming through the airport, trying to find their way to the correct gate.

   “At this rate, we’re going to miss our flight and every other potential flight after that!” she exclaimed, arms crossing over her chest as the petite girl emitted a huff of annoyance. Sure, she was practically forcing the other to haul all of the luggage while she promoted herself to airport navigator, but she expected her traveling buddy to at least keep up with her. She wasn’t a marathon runner after all, and the airplane wasn’t planning on waiting for them.

   “Hey now, calm down. We'll be fine, we're not that late." he let out a soft breath of laughter, tugging the luggage behind them. Truthfully, he couldn't help that he was slowing her down —  the girl claimed that Landon had to carry their bags; he was more "capable" of doing so.  He felt like her personal mule at this point. "You're being a tad dramatic, 'm doin' the best I can."
