I find it so funny every time an angel says "angel radio", it's like dean made that up , cas heard it and then he told all the angels that that was the correct term to use on earth to describe their form of communication

SPN Parallels: Dean wiping his eyes with the back of his hand

Dean […] is grumpy and slow to wake up, stretching and creaking and rubbing his eyes with the back of his hands, a waking-up gesture that is so compulsive, so who he is, that it shows up repeatedly, and it makes him look either like he is 6-years-old or, well, like an odalisque.

Rubbing your eyes with the heel of your palms is what cowboys and gunslingers do. A tough gesture, you don’t care if you get a little grime in your eyes if you’re a tough guy. Cliche, but true. I have a hard time imagining Clint Eastwood rubbing his eyes with the backs of his hands. It looks like a child-like “boo-boo” type of gesture. It’s palms-facing-out, which is vulnerable. Look for it from Ackles. It shows up repeatedly. It’s one of those gestures that beautifully undercuts the sincerely tough and bossy and aggressive persona of Dean Winchester.

I love when Cas has his late season 7 weird girl phase where he's watching bees and making organic sandwiches for dean and everyone's like "HE'S INSANE!!!!! HE'S LOST HIS MIND!!!!" as if he wasn't always batshit insane. as if he didn't once carve a banishing sigil into his own chest to clear a whole warehouse of angels INCLUDING HIMSELF resulting in the loss of his powers. As if he didn't molotov cocktail his own brother. As if he didn't JUST get back from consuming a bunch of monster souls, declaring himself god, and going on a homophobe killing spree. Oh but now that he offers you some honey he collected himself and shows up naked on your car covered in bees he's "off his rocker".
