so the premise of The Devil Judge is that there's this fancy maybe evil judge Yo Han and this younger more virtuous (naive) judge Ga On and Ga On gets put on a team with Yo Han by his mentor who wants him to spy on Yo Han and prolly ruin his plans but plot twist Ga On and Yo Han are SUPER FUCKING GAY FOR EACH OTHER FROM BASICALLY MOMENT ONE AND WE'RE ALL GRATEFUL

also they start cohabitating for Reasons so so early in the show again we are so so grateful

anyway there's this great moment early in the show where Ga On thinks that Yo Han has hurt his bff (he hasn't) and goes to Yo Han's house (where Ga On also lives) and punches him in the face and yells at him about it and like...I took that as a display of trust??? or at least lack of fear

Like Ga On earnestly in that moment does think that Yo Han hurt his friend BUT if he really believed that Yo Han was an uncaring villain mastermind figure he prolly wouldn't stroll alone and unarmed into his (their) house and confront him about it, trusting Yo Han not to do anything scary back

that's not how you defeat a villain; that's how you open channels of communication that will allow you to be husbands later
