Icecream for Breakfast

January is a bit rubbish (my birthday aside) as we're just following the glitter explosion that is Christmas and Hogmonay, so I thought it would be fun to do a 70s Glam inspired set to brighten things up a little. It was a very popular runner-up on a recent poll and I did promise, so here it is!!

They don't. The patterns on the set items are as shown in the preview 💜 Poodle skirts are definitely something I could see myself doing in the future though.

Unfortunately with something like a poodle skirt, you're probably going to have clipping issues regardless due to the shape. Even official content with full skirts will have some degree of clipping.

Hihi! I thought it was an ImVikai one too initially, but turns out it's this one with a hairline thrown (not sure which one)on💜

If you've been in any of my TS2 streams (or in anyone elses that I've been present in lol), you may know how much I despise John Burb. Any thoughts on how I should play his rotation when it comes to it?

I've been playing TS2 Pleasantview without really documenting much as it's more for my own entertainment. I thought I'd do a quick rundown of my activities though! Don Lothario (Rotation 1)

Don starts off as he means to go on. After inviting Nina Caliente over, he wasted no time and they woohoo'd in the hot tub. I honestly think Don and Nina are endgame. Tell me I'm wrong...I'll ignore you.

He then hired Kaylynn Langerak and proceeded to bonk her too.

Later...

Agnes: You won't believe what happened! I went to buy into the diner where your brother works to scare him and our account is empty! Why is there a blue child in our living room? Connor: You might want to sit down for this. Alaric, show Riley your room. We'll get some bunkbeds later. Agnes: Bunkbeds? Why do we need bunkbeds?

In spite of his own absolute terror, Connor plastered on a smile for the sake of the two young children in his living room.

Connor: Alaric, I'm...I'm sorry we didn't believe you. Alaric: I had to do it, dad! Riley couldn't be a giant sack-doll forever! Riley: It was itchy! Connor: Okay, okay! I'll deal with your mother. She was going to buy into another business, but that can wait. You did the right thing, but ask in future.

Alaric: RILEY!! You're real!

Alaric hugged his best friend while Connor wondered why there was a child that looked like a sentient blueberry in his living room.

Riley: Gaaah! Did you poison me?? I thought we were friends!

Alaric: Okay, take this Riley! Connor: Riley? Is this about that doll again? We told...wait why is that potion floating? Alaric, you should get back! Alaric: Dad, it's fine! You'll see!

Alaric: I can't leave him like this though dad!! Please! Connor: I can't believe you gave those scientists §4500 and my rainbow gem! Alaric: You gave the gem to me, it was mine! Connor: If your mother...we're going home to figure this out.

Except there was a slight hitch...

Alaric: §4500?? Mum and Dad are going to kill me, but I have to!

And that was the day that Agnes and Connor discovered that their children had access to the family account.

Alaric cycled as fast as his little Consort-Grow legs could take him. Soon the lab was in sight! His sisters wouldn't be laughing at him when they say Riley standing in front of them, as real as they were.

During a quick trip to the park, Connor chose a quiet moment to gift Alaric with the promised rainbow gem.

Connor: You got the grades, so a promise is a promise! Alaric: Is this really a rainbow gem?? Connor: My best one!

Isabella started a new business. Sims travelled from far and wide to purchase her semi-cooked, possibly salmonella-laced baked goods.

Love Day progressed as normal after the family celebrated Gaia's birthday. Agnes worked out from home and Gaia joined her. She was a sporty sim and admired Agnes' determination to keep fit, in spite of the pregnancy weight mod trying to get her at every turn.

I love stripes on most things and @sentate's latest CC doesn't disappoint!
