alright , here we g o ————————— i honestly have very little to say by now other than w o w, o k a y. i still question why i have received as many followers as i’ve done on this blog, but, i thank each and everyone of you who has come and gone with the passing year ! i’d love to go on and ramble about the process of having this blog, it has had its ups and downs, but for some reason i can’t really find a good way to sum up every thought i have. i’d like to say thank you at least, thank you for finding my work interesting and thank you all for making my ‘work’ interesting. it has been a blast being on this blog for this long, and to think that a lousy idea like andrew would ever become a ‘hit’ !? it still amazes me, so thank you everyone, thank you for making everything one hell of a party here, one way or another !!! the list is a massive mess of people good lord, new and old, this is mainly me giving a shout out to names from my following list

 AND  YOU  GOT  TEETH  LIKE  A  WOLF ,  claws  like  RAZORS   &&   EYES  as  empty  as  the  night  itself   ;   your  willpower  is  a  FLAME  ,  your  guts   &&   fury  FED  and  DRENCHED  in  magma ,  a  heart  of  STONE   ;   veins  of  ice,   a  crooked  smile   never  looked  so  good ,  the  hues  of   a   PREDATOR  for   i   say   HAIL   THE   STORM   OF   THE   SEAS  ,   PRAISE   the   FEARED    &&    give  it  ONE  LAST  SHOT  ;   stand   your   GROUND  ,   bare   your   TEETH   for  this  is  your  HOME ,   your  BATTLEGROUND  and  never  have  you  felt     so    WHOLE.

   “Really…it’s okay.” He’s always been quite shy but almost a year in College and being on the news for his heroisms has helped him grow out of this quirk. Sort of. “Nice to meet you, um..th’names Hiro…Hiro Hamada.” His eyes wander to the window where one would see the Hamada memorial building across the courtyard, but he doesn’t say anything else.

               with her parents, it would have been a travesty if she turned out to be anything less than polite. shes always said please and thank you and been kind to those who weren’t to her; a true lady. shes the only one who really lived up to their expectations, though, with her younger sister being a hyperactive goofball and her older brother being a moody grump. but thats a story for another time.

               “Hiro Hamada, w-what a lovely name.” and one that she recognised from somewhere, she just couldn’t put her finger on it. her eyes travel in the same direction, but dont land on the building across the way, instead they land upon the mountains of books the younger had piled on his desk. there were texts about electrical and mechanical engineering, physics and biology; all subjects nanami didn’t quite understand. “I-I hope I didn’t interrupt your s-studies all too much, Hiro.”

“Hey, it’s cool. I mean–you only thought that way just because I look like it right?”       Hiro smiles awkwardly. “I-I am only fourteen after all.”

               and like a brick getting thrown at her face, nanami suddenly remembered everything. the rumours about some little kid walking around campus carrying out of this world thick text books. sightings of him sitting in the back of lectures and waiting in line at the cafeteria. she felt like a fool having not put the pieces together sooner. “S-Still... I-I truely am s-sorry.” she said as she straightened herself up, her face still beet red with embarrassment. “M-My name is Nanami, by the w-way. Even thought e-everyone is talking about you, I-I’m afraid I don’t know yours...”

     “I wouldn’t really say that…” He says, taking the book to slide it closer to himself. “I’m currently working on my bachelors so I wanted to study up during my free time. I mean– I probably already know everything this book has to say but it wouldn’t hurt to see if there’s something new, right?”

               shes silent at first as she hasn’t yet processed his words. her eyebrows than raise slightly, her eyes widen and her mouth hang slightly ajar. her cheeks glow brighter with each passing second as she realises her mistake, her words becoming a horrendous string of stutters. “I-I’m so s-sorry! I-I didn’t m-mean to assume...!” nanami bowed her head apologetically, her head falling forward to hide her tomato red face. “I-I’m sorry I t-thought you were in e-elementary school!” what a situation she had gotten herself into.

“Ah–?”

He turns his head to find a girl standing nearby, her guilty hands having stolen the book he was after right off the shelf like it was nothing..  She was no Baymax but she was helpful at least.

                    “Th…thanks.”

               “You’re welcome. Now hop down before you hurt yourself!” she may be studying to become a paediatrician, (she’s pretty sure he’s older than the children she’s aiming to treat anyway) but she does not want to deal with broken bones today. placing the text book down on the table where he had set up shop, she got a look at the title; something to do with mechanical engineering. a subject nanami definitely wasn’t smart enough to understand, which made her wonder how this kid was. “Interesting choice. Is this for a school project or something?”

“…and this is me,” the hockey player mumbled, his hand reaching over a picture to Nanami. It was a school portrait, a horrible picture in Andrew’s eyes ( yet a memento he had decided to keep for the sake of the memories ). He truly didn’t look like himself… at least not now that he had his thick beard. The youngster in the picture was seventeen, unkissed and untoched. A true geek to the heart, face filled with freckles and teeth covered in braces.

   “I was…seveteen-ish? I think… ~ I had braces back then… as you can see here,” he pointed, the tip of his fingers dragging across the mouth on the picture, “—-I had these really uneven teeth… so at the age of eight my dad sent me to the dentist and forced that horrible fuckery into my mouth…”

               nanami found herself lost within the sea of memories laid out before her. one by one she picked up each photograph, examining its content and its edges-- some pictures more faded and corners more tattered than others. she recognised no one, yet made it her duty to ask as many questions as she could. how old were you in this one? who’s that? what’s happening here? through every piece of new information, she gained more insight into the life of the infamous andrew jansson, who, apparently, wasn’t always such a dream boat.

          she couldn’t help but laugh as she gently traced the outline of his bracers with her thumb. “Well, I think you looked rather dashing, crooked teeth and all!” of course she was a tad bias. in her eyes, andrew would always look cute, whether he donned his hockey jersey or a cheesy star wars shirt she saw him in in an earlier picture. “Seventeen, though... Not much younger than I am now...”

       daiki would like to argue that on most occasions he          is quite eloquent, and has a way with words—more          often than not curse words, but words nonetheless.          however, he could only manage a sound when the          stranger approached him. real nice—daiki.

         ❝ —hah? ❞

               when nanami was a little girl her mother taught her to treat others the same way she herself would like to be treated. she treated others with kindness and respect and, generally, she was treated the same in return— generally being the key word, though. “U-Um, y-you looked lost...” she stuttered. “D-Do you need any help?”
