I have a lot to ask of everyone. I’m trying to raise money to pay for a new engine for my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. Winston is my very first car, and since we bought it used, we didn’t know that something may go wrong with the engine. And, because I have the best luck, something IS wrong with my engine. I’m only 16, so the possibility of me paying for it on my own is kind of impossible. Without a car, I can’t really get a job. So I need you guys to help me out!

If you can donate anything — even $1 — I would be closer than what I’m at now. If you can’t donate, please reblog this and share it! I want to help my dad in paying it, since no one in my family can really afford it. Winston and I would appreciate it!!

"Agent Phillips. I’m with the BAU. I believe you know my team" Flashing her creds, she smiled slightly and tilted her head. "I’m actually here to see if you might be able to help me with something"

"Oh, duh, of course you are. Agent Phillips. I think JJ talked a little about you." He returned the smile after looking at her badge. "What is it that you need help with?"

“I am Mahia Emerga. I am very, very sorry, sir! I fear I was not paying attention to my surroundings… Please, forgive me.”

{She dropped into a hasty bow of apology, hand pressed sideways to her chest as custom dictated.}

"No, it's really no problem, I ---" He stopped when she bowed, taking a step backwards. "W-What are you doing?" The gesture was uncomfortable for a man from New Orleans. "There's no need for that."

"A detective - " An automatic smile spread across her features, grip tightening on the handles of the two-child stroller in front of her. "It’s good that you are one - I wouldn’t have been able to find my son in the crowd if you hadn’t helped him to me."

"Walburga - it’s a weird name, some find Wally easier on the tongue. It’s a pleasure."

Will looked down at the children in the stroller, and back up at the woman. "Walburga?" He grinned, a curious look on his face. "Wally may be easier for me . . . Anyway, I was just helpin' him out. I've got a son myself. I don't know what I'd do if I lost him."

“You know, I think I forgot to introduce myself . . . Detective LaMontagne. You can call me Will, though."

"Oh --- Hey, Spencer. Haven't seen you around in awhile. Henry keeps askin' to see you." Will offered a friendly smile to the young doctor.

{ ♜ } “That’s…actually a really good point, I’ve never thought of it that way. But I think it’s more the product of a stereotype than unintelligence. And, I’d say you’re a little more than ‘just a cop’.”

Image

"Well, sure. But there is nothing to be done about stereotypes . . . people will always live by them. If it makes you feel any better -- those of us who know you, Spencer, don't think you hafta know everything. However, I'm not much more than a cop, nowadays."

{ ♜ } “Of course you don’t, no one does. And yes, I’m smart, but being a genius does not equal knowing everything.”

"Maybe people think you know everything because they aren't so smart themselves --- you probably intimidate them. But what do I know? Just a cop."

Rely On My Heart // JJ + Will

The clock stood still as Will LaMontagne let himself into his home. Henry was at his grandma's, and JJ should be home shortly. A lot had happened, and they needed time to talk. Being married to an FBI agent can be hard, but Will knew what he had signed up for. He had followed JJ here to the east coat because he loved her, and he wanted to spend his life with her. He was willing to work through the hardships of their relationship. Henry made them happy, and they knew they could last, if they put forth the effort. Sometimes, Will grew upset at how frequently she dropped everything and left, but it only took a look, or the sound of her voice, to make him fall back in love. And besides, she was doing a lot of good out there.

An hour had passed as Will wound down from a long day. Sometimes JJ would call or text and let him know if she wasn't going to be home at a reasonable hour, or if she wouldn't be back at all that night. But he had received neither, so he could only assume that she would be there soon enough. Ever since she had worked on that mission with Mateo Cruz, she had been a changed woman. And when they were abducted, the changes only continued. Will was glad to have her back, but his worries never ceased about her. She rarely talked about her abduction, and he knew that it probably wasn't the best for her.

The evening was growing dark, and Will was growing drowsy. That was when he heard the sound of tires in the driveway. Perking up, he walked to the window and peeked outside. His wife was home --- finally. Opening the door, Will walked out slowly, hands tucked into his pockets. He watched for her quietly from the front steps. It would be nice to finally see her again, to kiss her and hold her, but he knew there were more important conversations to be held that night.

Rey laughed. “‘specially when you’re underage. I’ll be back to check on you soon, Mister.” She tucked the tray under her arm and went to seat another man who had come in, and got him settled. When she took the other customer’s order in to the kitchen, she checked on the first order she had put int, and went to tell the man it would only be a little longer. She smiled as she walked back up to his table. “So? How are you doing so far?”

Will looked up at her comment. "Well, definitely don't drink then. And best not tell your momma that a grown man offered beer. Don't want you getting into trouble." He laughed, and looked back down, leaning forward to start in on the food sitting in front of him. It had been a long day, and he could use more quiet time like this. When the waitress returned, he glanced up quietly. "I'm doin' well, Ma'am. Thank you."

"Well it’s a good look for you, it works, ya know? Like you know how some people look sick when they’re exhausted? You just look…. strangely more handsome…"

"Handsome? I don't know if I would go that far . . . I know what you mean, though. Some people do look pretty bad when they get tired.”
