Hi there, thank you so much for the support! If you’re feeling stressed out, I really recommend meditation. All you have to do is sit in silence, listen to a guided meditation, or listen to nature sounds, and just empty your mind for 10+ minutes, focusing on your breathing or bodily sensations. The longer the better. I have been meditating for a few months and it makes me feel so much more peaceful, healthy, happy, and relaxed. Meditation also boosts your immune system, memory, blood flow, and energy, and reduces stress. I also meditate before I have to work or study sometimes as it helps me study better and stay focused and calm. Basically the benefits to meditation are endless and I would recommend it to everybody!! Good luck and take care!
