i couldn’t let go of this idea of a noir detective getting embroiled in your typical mystery and unintentionally getting deeply involved with eldritch forces from the unterzee
if they posted it without your permission, then that’s copyright infringement.
I mean, it wasn’t my article originally, I had only reblogged it.
i’m glad it’s spreading, but why are so many people suddenly reblogging that Dear Teen Girls Don’t Abuse Your Boyfriends post off of me, i have so many notifications

Hi! So the thing you’re referring to is actually from a pretty old and outdated version of Des (and Dizzy, and the story they’re in) that doesn’t really apply anymore. Turns out they’re just, more or less, regular ol’ humans with some unfortunate cosmic powers. In regards to cosplaying, that’s EXTREMELY flattering, but I’m afraid I’m not super comfortable with the idea of it just yet. These characters are very personal and also not very well established outside of my own head, so I’m a little hesitant to give the okay on this until I do more with them. I super duper appreciate the interest though, and I expect my stance on this to change.
Last night I stayed up to a stupid hour bc I couldn’t get these kids out of my head. Character designs for “Be More Chill,” a book->play-> musical, with particular inspo drawn from the musical cast. If you wanna listen to a boppy musical about teenage anxiety, the social pressures of highschool, and a super computer who looks like Keanu Reeves taking over your brain, have a listen!
