today, i was reminded of a few important things that i often forget. not only do i need to get this stuff off my chest, but someone reading this might need the reminder, too. ~ you do not have to tolerate abuse of any kind from someone just because they're family. ~ you are entitled to your own opinions and no one can take them away from you. ~ if rumors are being spread about you, those who choose to believe them don't deserve you anymore than those who create the stories to begin with. ~ never stay in any kind of relationship with anyone out of fear. ~ know yourself and stand by what you believe in. ~ educate yourself. ignorance is no match for someone who is constantly expanding their mind. sometimes, shit happens, and you can either cry about it or grow from it. i choose to grow. 😌🌸💕
