11 Self-Defense Techniques (That Even A Child Could Use)

These are great! These are all really useful methods of defending yourself and I actually learned most of these in my Krav Maga classes.

I would have to go up against people (usually guys) twice my size and could easily overpower me, but these tricks DO work and they don’t require a lot of strength.

I just wanted to say something about the break up real quick…

At first when I saw that they haven’t been posting on WULAS and kalel deleted all instagram pics of them together and took out engaged in her bio I had a feeling that they broke up but refused to believe it. I just wanted them to explain what was happening because I was SO confused. Then they put up this video and once I saw the title “going our separate ways” I started to cry. I just thought they were perfect for each other! I was excited for the wedding and to see Ian as Anthonys bestman and to see Kalel in her beautiful wedding dress. I was excited for them to later start a family. But all of this came crashing down once I read the title. Yet after I viewed the video I felt a little bit happy. That even though the break up was so shocking, the way they approached the situation and to see that they were on good terms with each other made me feel relieved and that I know this breakup was for the best and that hopefully they will both do amazing things in the future.

I wish the best for both Kalel and Anthony in the future as I know they are both great people who will do amazing things. They made me smile and laugh on both the bad and the good days and they will continue to make feel that way just not together. But no matter what I will always continue to support them because to me they are family. ❤️❤️
