tracks your mood and let's you tick off activity buttons (that you can customise) to keep track of everything

incredible app- every time I want to self harm I use it and it honestly helped me so much

standard app, tracks your height, weight, step count
no4: Carrot Calorie Counter
hilarious app. let's you set a calorie goal and tracks calories, insults you if you exceed your limit. you have an avatar who fattens up if you exceed your limit. you can also electrocute your avatar and get comments from Carrot
no4: Carrot Workouts
similar to the calorie counter, you get snarky comments and workouts
no5: Sweat Deck
short workouts, you draw a card from the deck and it gives you an exercise
no6: Zero
a fasting app, keeps track of your fast and weight, also has many articles on fasting
no7: Flo
keeps track of your menstrual cycle
no8: Plant Nanny
water tracker. I love this app, it sends you reminders to water your plants, you can name them and they die if you drink too little
