ASDGFADGASFDA WAT I GOT A DAILY DEVIATION?????

I still find it hard to believe. 

I have been on deviantART for over 9 years now. It’s a long time, looking back. Ever since I joined one of my dreams was actually getting a Daily Deviation on one day. To me it meant recognition, respect.

I have done quite a lot of art, many pieces that I’m really proud of. Even if I am a relatively modest person I still sometimes dared to think that “this piece would be worth of a DD”. 

Well, I never got a DD. It didn’t really bother me much, or at least that’s what I told myself. I think I developed some kind of cynical way of thinking that “DD isn’t worth what it used to be and I can do without”. The kind of loser talk. The latter part was quite true, though. I had a lot of people around me who appreciated what I did, and to me that has always meant the world.

But this news today proved me completely wrong on the first part. It is still worth what it used to be and it still made me as happy or even happier than I thought it would.

I’m just really happy and proud about this! “Creation Trio” is a piece I loved doing and I’m very proud of the outcome. Moreover it’s a style I have spent years perfecting and I feel I have done a good job with it. I feel like I deserved it.
