I had such fun here. I went in looking to meet new books and authors and I must say mission accomplished. I got a historical fiction book involving botany and wanting to start anew, which is quite the bullseye when it comes to merging all of my personal niche interests. The only sad part about visiting such a charming bookstore is the leaving. Missing it very badly right now indeed.

Before lunch:
****go for a lunch and a loooooong walk****
Afternoon:
Household:
Photos: people enjoying Saturday brunch outside, love that for them. And monstera cuttings on my desk.
October's come swift. Overnight the weather, the light, the colours, the sounds seem to have turned so autumnal. It's really cosy to stay in bed. Currently reading Bring No Clothes – I really loved Charlie Porter's last book and have been looking forward to reading and thinking more about why we wear what we wear
The books I’m currently reading, trying to motivate myself to organise my study space, and admiring this curious French cat by Sylvia Plath 🖤
