The final season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians has just begun to release.

The Ares and Apollo cabins are in a dispute over ownership for the flying chariot.

The counselors sit around a table in the Big House.

Percy has just learned that he's (probably) gonna die in the next month, when Clarisse and Michael begin to bicker. Percy has had it up to here.

He starts clapping rhythmically. There is a lull in the room as they stare at him.

He claps faster.

"Oh golly, the road's getting bumpy, cause I've got me some friends who just can't get along-"

years later, on the Argo II, Percy and Jason have a stand-off/argument for something. Annabeth, fed up with their shit, begins clapping.

Percy is the only one who sees it coming, and groans.

Annabeth claps faster.

This is the guy who will ask THE GOD OF WAR if he’s scared to fight him, hold up the sky, fall into Tartarus, save Olympus AND defeat the monsters it takes the other hero’s years to defeat

Percy Jackson but Hestia has a cabin. that is where the unclaimed go because she goddess of home and family. Demigods get claimed faster because when they show up Hestia glares at her siblings, nieces and nephews untill they claim them.

Perseus vs Medusa

I don't know if anyone has pointed it out before, but i really like the parallel of Percy holding up Medusa's head the same way statue Perseus does.

Like, the ⭐️symbolism⭐️ of Medusa meeting the same exact fate, despite having her story rewritten and told.

And the foreshadowing of Percy becoming as great of a hero as his namesake.
