Just something about this blue skinned Queen made Cecil shiver to his core, as if her very being sucked the heat out of anyone she was near. Perhaps the sensation would go away eventually, as with all effects.

"Your tenacity is commendable." He remarked, taking a noticeable step back from the Queen, making sure to prove a point. "Yet I’m afraid I must turn down your offer. I wish you the best in searching for a new companion. Perhaps you will be more successful in your next attempt." 

He turned away from her, moving to make as much distance between him and her as possible. Cecil couldn’t help but feel sorry for the next man she ran into.

"Turn down my offer?" Her laugh was chilling. She circled around him with a smile that was predatory. "I don't like men who tell me no."

Simone put her hands on her hips, feigning hurt at his refusal. "You're a handsome King, I'm beautiful Queen. I want you. And even though you refuse me now, you'll soon come back to me. I'll keep trapping you here. You'll find that I'm very persistent."

  Cecil shivered involuntarily at both the touch of her icy fingers on his face and the all too fresh memory of slowly being frozen to the core by her powers. 

"I don’t approve of being tricked, your Majesty." He replied in a curt manner, brushing away her hand from his face, "Do you make it a habit of controlling every man of power you come across?"

[❉]——       "Hmmm that's a tough one." Simone hummed with a smile, sizing up the fair haired king before her with a mocking expression of thought.

      "I'm going to have to say... yes."

   She cackled, drawing up her skirts a bit as she used her magic to hover in the air before Cecil, making sure to bend forward and give him quite the view of her cruelly beautiful face and her generous womanly curves, hardly marred by age.

            "I'm not so bad you know. I'm only more direct about the things I want! Everyone hops around all willy nilly, skirting their basic wants and needs like some pointless dance. I bet I did too, until I found this crown. Now I know that if I ever want something, I just have to take it! Then lock it up so it'll never run away from me!"

  "You know full well that I cannot satisfy that request. Whatever brought you here in the first place?"

                               "You looked better almost all the way frozen you know."

            " ‘Sup, Ice Freak." 

 [❉]——     "Oh you know. Just picked up some things from the Witch Kingdom, worked out a bit, took some of Gumball's laundry for late night cuddling. How about you Marshall dear?"
