okay i will say obviously i loved this book but i do sometimes feel that single pov romances tend to miss out on getting the most from the non-pov love interest, which i felt was kind of true here. i like luis, and it's not that he doesn't feel fully fleshed out, but i still felt a little like i was missing a little, that i wasn't getting all of him. im not sure that's avoidable in single-pov tho.
spoilers for the prospects
normally i find the third act breakup in romances really annoying and avoidable but i liked the way it was handled in this book because it was kind of unavoidable. it needed to happen, and it wasn't some misunderstanding blown out of proportion, it actually made sense and worked narratively!
you can preorder "the prospects" by kt hoffman through the ripped bodice and get my art on baseball cards. and then you can read the book and understand how perfect these characters are.
seeing reviews of the prospects calling it "high heat" none of u know what that means. it's clearly medium heat it's not THAT smutty

This is a masterpost for the evacuation fundraisers I've vetted so far, a few other fundraisers I find trustworthy but have not been able to vet (inability to communicate with the organizer), and a few semi-completed fundraisers or fundraisers for a different purpose (like house rebuilding, or aid distribution). In all likelihood once its reached you it's already outdated. Also please don't overlook the Sustainable Aid options near the bottom! The brain drain is already creating problems but having another way of keeping or creating new knowledge and key members of a functioning society is important.
