There’s still a huge crack in my computer screen but I have huge news and got tired of putting off posting about it:
Two weeks ago my boyfriend proposed to me at Halloween Horror Nights, in front of The Simpsons Ride at Universal Studios Hollywood (the place where we went from “dating” to “couple” two years ago).
I’M GETTING MARRIED, HOLY SHIT!
Thank you for your time. Please enjoy your regularly scheduled dashboard, already in progress.
In case anyone noticed I’ve been absent:
My laptop has acquired a lovely, infuriating crack right across the screen, which makes it very hard to do or see much of anything, and it gets bigger every time I open my laptop.
So I haven’t been on Tumblr much since that happened. I might be on intermittently until I manage to get it fixed / replaced, but it’s just as likely I’ll be off the site for a while.

Naomi and Asuka celebrate a glowing victory.
As cute and fun to watch as this is, I’m devastated that the WWE decided to get rid of “dominant badass Asuka” and replace he with “wacky sidekick Asuka.” She used to be feared, now she’s a joke.
Fuck the WWE and their inability to book: 1) women 2) Japanese people 3) Japanese women in particular, apparently
Years ago I saw an episode of a TV show where a character said of wrapping presents "If you used more than three pieces of tape, you did it wrong." I think about that every time I wrap presents. I've never once used only three pieces of tape and I get genuinely angry at that character (whoever she was) every time. I want to tell her "The package being covered in wrapping paper is the point of wrapping a present. The number of tape pieces used is irrelevant. You're a snob and a bitch, and I hope something terrible happens to you in a later episode."
Messy girls are so incredibly woke and counterculture etc. every time I go into a girl’s room and she just has a bowl of cereal rotting in the corner I feel a deep sense of kinship
