Help Moving Out of Dangerous House
For almost a year, through no fault of their own, _EE and Sh...

For almost a year, through no fault of their own, @electriceidolon and @shingetsu25242 have been stuck sharing a room in their parents’ dangerously unsafe house that is deteriorating faster than they can keep up with. As seen in the photo (click through link to see if it doesn’t show up on tumblr’s dash), their flooring has completely collapsed all the way into the dirt in one area of the house (the landscape camera view isn’t even wide enough to show the entire hole). The black mold, which is abundant and growing throughout the house, is clearly visible in the corner, and also responsible for causing them to constantly battle respiratory infections. The light seen through the wall leads to outside. Numerous termites and spiders are slowly coming back as the weather gets warmer, especially with this hole as a welcoming entrance. Despite both _EE and Shin having jobs that often require over 40 hours a week, problems at home have been eating away at their savings– including their father still requiring they pay rent to live in this house– making it next to impossible to move out on their own. An opportunity has arisen for myself and one of _EE and Shin’s friends to move into a house together. They need help raising enough money to be able to afford the moving expenses in hopes that they’re finally able to live in a safe, sturdy, pest- and mold-free home. REWARDS FOR DONATING! Temporary Charity Hiatus and Event Cancellations

Dear Heroes, Minions, Bobbleheads, and Othes,

We are sad to inform you all that due to current circumstances the MarkiArtists for Charity will be going on a summer-long hiatus from all events at least until the end of this summer. Many things have been going on in the lives of all of our volunteers in charge of the group which would make it close to impossible for them to run the group without potentially stretching themselves too thin. Unfortunately, this means that we will have to cancel our plans for events until we are all in positions where we can effectively run the MarkiArtists. All of us feel that if we try to push ourselves it will sacrifice our ability to ensure that a quality and effective event will be held for the Play for All charities. We apologize for delay in notifying you all and for having to cancel. We thank you all for supporting the past MAFC events. It has been an absolutely incredible past year and we can’t thank you enough for supporting our cause. We all hope that the hiatus will be short and that we will be able to start helping charities again as soon as possible.

    We are having a MarkiArtists for Charity event for Child’s Play from March 12th, 2016 til April 10th 2016! 

Volunteer artists from our MarkiArtist charity group will be accepting any/all commissions in an effort to raise money for Child’s Play. 

This event will be a part of the MarkiArtists for Charity’s year long campaign, Play for All, All for Play, to have month long events throughout the year of 2016 for charities that are helping diversify the video game industry and improve game accesibility.

For March, on top of @markiplier , LordMinion777 (lordminion ),muyskerm related fanart, we have now received permission directly from the fantastic Cryaotic ( @cryaotic ) and Thomas Sanders ( @thatsthat24 ) to sell fanart art of them (as well as Cry’s Late Night streaming crew)!

 If you ever wanted to commission fanart featuring these Youtubers and Internet celebrities, know that we have gotten permission to sell/commission artwork in their likeness to help charity, here.

We would like to note that even if you send in an application, that does not ensure you will be a MarkiArtist for the March fundraiser for Child’s Play

We are trying to contact you in regards to a charity fan art request from The MarkiArtists for Charity. The MarkiArtistsfor Charity is a charity group composed of fanartists inspired by Markiplier to raise money for charity, by selling commissioned pieces of Youtubers and Internet Icon fan art. All profits from the commissions go directly to the charity that has been chosen for the current fundraising period, and we, the MarkiArtists, are not involved in handling any of the funds directly.

As we are committed helping those in need, due to Markiplier’s influence, we hold month-long online charity fundraising events throughout the year. During those months, in effort to raise money for the chosen charity, we sell commissioned Markiplier, Lordminion777 (Wade Barnes), and Muyskerm (Bob Muyskens), fanart (all profit going directly to the fundraiser excluding shipping costs if the customer wants the art sent to them), hold art livestreams, video game livestreams, and live community podcasts.

As we are committed helping those in need, due to Markiplier’s influence, we hold month-long online charity fundraising events every other month or so throughout the year where during the month we sell commissioned Markiplier, Lordminion777 (Wade Barnes), and Muyskerm (Bob Muyskens), fanart (all profit going directly to the fundraiser excluding shipping costs if the customer wants the art sent to them), hold art livestreams, video game livestreams, and live community podcasts. In the past the MarkiArtists for Charity have held month long events for charities such as Child’s Play (raising $265.50 of our original goal of $100), the AbleGamers (raising $800 of our original goal of $300), The All Children’s Hospital of Florida (raising $780 of our final goal of $1200) and The Make a Wish Foundation (a second Widget was used due to a malfunction in the first, therefore, the final total of donations combining both Widgets is $255)

This year we are planning to have a year long event called Play for All, All for Play where every other month or so we hold a charity fundraiser for a charity that works towards diversity in the gaming industry.The charities that we will be fundraising for during Play for All, All for Play will be Child’s Play, The Able Gamers, Ladies Learning Code, and most likely These Numbers Have Faces.

We would like to know if you would be okay with MarkiArtists taking commissions of fan art of you for the charity fundraiser.

If you have any questions about our authenticity, then just feel free to ask us for references. We will get you in contact with the charities we have fundraised for who will be able to verify our fundraisers for them.

Charity Podcast!

THE PODCAST As PART 3 of the holiday month charity event, The MarkiArtists for Charity are going to be having a live charity podcast on January 10th where 100% of ALL funds go directly to The Make A Wish Foundation!

We will also have fun intermissions where we’ll play games such as “Finish My Sentence”, “Pictionary”, “Wine or Cheese” and “Never Have I Ever”!  AND, if someone donates $50 or more to the charity fundraiser, a few members of the stream team will do the hot sauce challenge and then play rage games like Baking Simulator, Geometry Dash, and Reaction Time!
