They are going to join each other, in Kamino Ward, where Katsuki was held against his will and was saved by Izuku and his friends. Katsuki will save Izuku along all of his friends.

The place that symbolizes the downfall and retirement of All Might, the [once a] victory of All Might over AFO. Is the place where OFA will rise again, this time the right way, and it will be the beginning of his new victory against AFO.

After the second user stated that someone can complement Izuku, Katsuki arrived, in front of the All Might Statue that holds a sign of 'i am not here', Katsuki is there, they are there.

They will become the two halves of the symbol of peace, the legacy of All Might, and the first step to do this is in the place of his last battle. But not only Deku and Kacchan, the new generation will step up together, as the heroes should.

Kacchan will help lift up the inheritor of OFA, in the place where OFA last fell.

He will save All Might's heir, in the place where he thought he had ended All Might.

Kacchan will reach out to Deku, in the place in which Deku gave up reaching out to Kacchan.
