Maybe we got lost in translation maybe I asked for too much but maybe this thing was a masterpiece until you tore it all up, running scared I was there, I remember it all too well hey, you call me up again just to break me like a promise so casually cruel in the name of being honest.
The reason this performance is number one isn’t so much that it’s her greatest vocal performance of all time (but definitely one of her best award show performances in terms of vocals), it’s the fact that it happened at all. “All Too Well at the grammy’s” was a distant dream, really more of a joke than anything else since we assumed it would never happen. It definitely wasn’t even going to be released as a single, due to its un-radio friendly instrumentals and melodies and length…and yet here it is…All Too Well live at the Grammy’s…hold me
