Hi! We'd like to thank everyone who purchased our pre-orders.  We wouldn't have gotten this far without your help. I'm nearly done with shipping out orders so I'll go ahead and open up regular orders! Also, we have some leftover acrylic charms, buttons, and postcards, so there will be 8 more Silver and Bronze editions up for grabs! (: You can purchase them at our Storeenvy Shop!

Unfortunately, international shipping took a greater toll on us than we expected so it will be increased to $20. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Are you going to ship all the books with cardboard backing. I read for international your looking into some type of protection. But I think you should look into doing some type of protection for the top and bottom for US shipping. I got some books damage from local shipping. Anonymous from California

We will be reinforcing our domestic shipping with bubble wrap over the durable hard covers. If you are worried your individual shipment, please email operation.requiem.artbook@gmail.com with your name, order number and address and we will address these concerns by a case by case basis. Thank you!

Building on the other anon's talk about bubble mailers ... Some regions they really don't care whether it says "do not bend" or not. Might want to look into possibly the cardboard mailers or adding some really sturdy cardboard backing. If the mailmen can't bend it, usually they don't try. At least that's my experiences with artbooks + bubble mailers. Always a tearful affair when books gets bent. -- Anon, from Canada

Thanks so much for the useful advice! We're looking into foam wrapping right now, and will definitely take your advice and look more into cardboard backing.

How are you going to ship the book? If you use bubble mailers can you make sure to wrap the book to protect the book. I had issue with sellers just thinking the flimsy bubble mailers enough protection especially with hardcover books. Flimsy bubble mailers are not enough protection especially for a hardcovers book.

Thanks for the concern! Currently, we're planning on using bubble mailers. We'll also look into foam wrapping, especially for long-distance shipping.

When will the books actually be shipped out? And how long do you think it will take?

As we've had complications assembling the artbook together, we are now looking to print the books by early to mid-June. We're very sorry for this delay! If you have any further questions, please let us know.
