Infinite Worlds in Fractals

Last night I discovered a software called Mandelbulb 3D.  Its free to download and use and its an absolute gamechanger.  I am blown away by what I was able to capture after just a few minutes of instructions.

It comes with many presets, but I would like to learn how to create my own formulas for fractals.  The software allows you to fly around in 3D space on fractal patterns.  Once you stop in a spot you like, you can capture and render its image in high resolution.

Very very excited by the possibilities of this software and where it will take my art.
