First, off why do y'all say these things with no sources in sight? Not even a link? Like I'm not just gonna trust you bro. (No disrespect btw) cause I tried finding this and asked my friends who have done archiving for this fandom/has the artbook and nothing you stated is supported. This is why I said it's okay if you hc it, but don't tell other's its canon with no evidence. As for your disagreement with me, I mean oh well? She cared far more for Po coming to take Shen's ass out so he could avenge his family and culture so Idk why y'all are so pressed to have the Soothsayer connected with this genocial tyrant as if that isn't a whole weird trope. Soothsayer and Po's scenes are way more meaningful in my eyes since they center actual HEALING AND HONESTY. Rather than Soothsayer being forced to hear his delusional bs. God that mess was annoying. Anyways, I'm not gonna let this post get long cause this is just another case of fanon ruining discussions as per usual.

@100thesunnie100 Can you just reblog and share the statement instead of sending me to the WAYBACK and I checked Soothsayer's character bio and it says "Nanny" nowhere in this???? She's defined as an ADVISOR. That's pretty damn far from the job of a nanny which is what fanon loves simplifying her as. So, again you're just kind of proving what I said earlier. It's FANON and not canon, the site you linked and the completed film itself says otherwise.

Like you NEED to READ what the source actually says and if it matches with the sentence because obviously, some WEIRD SHEN FAN edited it to fit their own views. If the creators nor official sites/etc say the word NANNY. Guess what? It's fanon. Either reblog with something concrete or just let this go.
