The worst part of getting a new Bible is having to put all the tabs in, but I love them SO much!!!
This week has been crazy traffic wise. EVERYONE is back from Yuma.
I purchased downloadable book covers for my Throne of Glass set. I purchased 11x17 paper and printed them, and reinforced them with holographic sticker paper (rainbow on the front and back and fractured just on the spines), and I love them!
WHY DOES TAKING A SHOWER FEEL LIKE A PUNISHMENT SOMETIMES?
Multiple people have said VIBES and my brain is actually melting.
By genre. I'll group authors or series together but I never have enough bookshelf space to organize better than that, and I'm not sure my brain wants to do that anyway.
The game last night was a blast. Yes, we lost, but I always have so much fun. And yes, I'm still wearing my Setoguchi jersey. I miss that little bugger... I'm rooting for Pickles, though! If Vlasic resigns I'll have to splurge on a new one.
My IUD pain was the WORST. I cramped and bleed more than I ever did. Mine was progesterone only because I get migraines with aura and could not have estrogen birth controls. It was supposed to last three years. It took a good six months for the cramps and bleeding to settle down, and it helped for about a year, and then after that it was clear the efficiency was going downhill.
I wasn't told it would hurt like that OR all the side effects. I had it pulled out at 2 1/2 years by a new OBGYN who made me more informed.
I fight cystic acne and couldn't figure out why my flares were constant, and the cysts the largest and most painful I've ever had in my life. It was the IUD. Within a month the worst of it had scaled back. I'm still dealing with it, but it's WAY better than it was.
Also, I could feel the IUD. I could tell you where it was in my uterus by pointing to me y abdomen. It made working out frustrating --my favorite hip thrusts shoved the bar into my abdomen and pushed down on the IUD and I would have to push the bar down with my hands so it wouldn't hurt.
I felt it constantly every month when I was bloated like it was in the way. When I had to use the bathroom while I was bloated the IUD would push on things and hurt, and it felt like it was blocking or stopping muscles from working and I would have to try to go again later because my IUD wouldn't let me.
I wouldn't do it again.
kurt vonnegut, being good at things is not the point of doing them.
I am obsessed with this song right now. OBSESSED.
The more songs I hear from V, the more I love him.
