Fungal, 2020 - Relief print, oil paint on paper.

This is a handmade, at-home print I worked on last year; the block for this print was layered and carved paper, and the ink was a McGeyver'd mix of white oil paint and some drying agent.

I definitely prefer working in a studio, but something about the design for this one really suited the funky process! I didn't even have a brayer; I painted the "ink" onto the block with a brush. The texture worked out really well, somehow.
