“My, my, aren’t you a perceptive little one.” The beautiful Chain would coo as she appeared on the nearby windowsill, placing herself comfortably between the vases. Sitting like that, she was no different from surrounding flowers.
and here she was, whoever she might be. He turned slowly at the sound of her voice, crimson eyes scanning a body which seemed to be made of flowers, so similar to the ones which were standing in the vases next to her. “I happen to be much more perceptive than common HUMANS.” A smirk, which then turned in a more gentle smile. “And who are you, if I might ask?”
Ah, that’s right. That poor boy, Irial, did not know yet. He did not know. Living in such ignorance - how pitiful is that? There’s no need to hurry, though. Let ‘her’ stay as it was for now. “ — a friend — of mine, Irial. She is… a friend. But I’m not sure if ‘she’ will be so willing to become your friend as well.” Since he dared to intrrupt The Rose Garden’s dinner.
"do I have to infer she hates me, perhaps?” Which would not have been so unusual. The people who actually liked him were few and could be counted on his fingers, while those who hated him gathered in a big crowd. Oh well, it was not his fault if only wicked beings like him could stay with him without trying to push him away. “I’ve never seen her with you.”
“Being quite a story myself, it’s only natural that birds of a feather flock together~” She let out a chuckle and placed herself on the other chair nearby the one occupied by Irial.
a smirk, then he tapped gently on her arm. “Then tell me, what kind of story would you like to hear? Something scary, dangerous or what else? I’ve a good repertoire.”
