Kuroshitsuji's Consistency

In Chapter Ten of Kuroshitsuji, during the Jack the Ripper Arc, we see the death of Madame Red:

In the next Chapter, we see that Grell takes Madame Red’s jacket: 

Still wearing it during the Campania Arc, but take a closer look:

You can actually see the shoddy job Grell did of stitching up that tear from the chainsaw deathscythe. Fifty-four chapters after after the damage was dealt!
