A story in several parts: I discovered that I have like five million grape hyacinths growing in my yard and that they are not only edible, but can be turned into an infusion that is pH reactive. I also had a metric fuckton of lemons I needed to use so I thought "hey! Why not make lemonade and add a hyacinth infusion to make cool pink lemonade with a grapes earthy flavor!!"
