HIATUS

HIATUS NOTICE 2K16 —

so idk if anyone’s actually noticed, but recently i have been posting absolutely nothing on this blog. truly, nothing. i’ve been here — scrolling through my dash and reblogging things to my sideblogs and all that. but for dean, it’s really just been empty. i have no muse and i have no interest in this blog (maybe because it has too many followers, maybe because it’s just too different to how it was a while ago, maybe because the fandom has changed, i’m not sure!) but i don’t want to archive it, because there is a chance that i could come back. i don’t know. maybe i’ll put it on hiatus now but then decide in two days’ time that i miss it too much, and come back. We Just Don’t Know.

buuuuut for anyone interested in still seeing me around, i’m still setting up blogs here and here for my new muses (and a third might be on the way). you can also contact me here on my personal. i will also check in here every now and then to see if there’s anything i need to keep an eye on.

                Hello everyone! Welcome to 2016 and my very first bias list! I’ve had an incredible couple of months here and I’m not exaggerating when I say that the inconceivable amount of talent I have encountered has forever changed my attitude toward writing. You guys, with your beautifully crafted words and kind hearts has me beyond invigorated and grateful to have had the opportunity to read your threads, roleplay with, and chat to some of you. I was nervous and had no connections to anyone when I decided to try my hand at Cas and I didn’t think I’d last long before fizzling out— but I am very happy to say that you have me hooked and, I predict, will have me hooked for a long time yet. 

                                                   Thank you.

Now I really wanna see a horrible faltering translation from one of these movies, like “Whomsoever enters this room, they shall… well, this word is like… literally it means ‘unbecome,’ but it was used as a euphemism for death, pooping, and—wait, when was this carved?  was it 15th century? Cuz it was a euphemism for sex too in the 15th century.  This is either a cursed crypt, a bathroom, or a royal bedroom. Who wants to roll the dice?”

“You guys, I’ve gotta be honest, okay? This thing’s written in some kind of weird localized dialect, and I’ve only ever studied the standard form of the language. I mean, this part right here…I can’t even tell if it’s some kind of error, or an obscure slang phrase…whatever it is, I have no idea what the fuck it means.”

‘this is written in ancient sumerian. it’s about… uh… well that word is… uh. okay this is either a poem about farming, or straight-up a nasty sex guide. it might be both. i want a shower.’

“okay see the thing is in one dialect this word is the name of a terrifying Demon but in a completely different language from the same area that has the same writing system and gave a lot of loan words to the first, it means ‘horse’ - and the context is really not helping”

“You know what?  This thing is bound in human skin and the walls are bleeding let’s just leave.”
