This song has been on repeat. Matter of fact the whole album has been. For some reason, I've just been really into this album the past two weeks.

Old Tumblr Posts

I just read my tumblr posts from two years ago. It's crazy how fast time flies by. My only two posts ever from two years ago consisted of me complaining about studying, professors, tests, etc (typical complaints of a UCLA student). Reading the old posts gives me a weird feeling inside. It's almost like I'm reading the post of a stranger, but at the same time I know exactly how I was feeling at the time I was writing the post. It makes me think about how much I've grown. As much as UCLA can get overwhelming, it's forced me to grow up really quick. Every year I've seen the changes in myself (I hope they're for the better). Anyways, enough reminiscing on my life. Back to studying and finishing up my last quarter at UCLA.

The New Yorker, Tumblr, and Yahoo

So after reading about Yahoo's acquisition of tumblr in the New Yorker today, I've become interested in this site again. I've become bored of Facebook (to the point that I deleted the app off my phone) and Instagram just makes me hungry all the time. Anyways, I'm going to start posting more things on this site. I like the pressure of not having to post something insightful, clever, or funny. I just post what's on my mind. Cheers!

Starbucks

So I spent my night studying at Starbucks tonight. It's a lot better than the library, but I still couldn't stand all these abbreviations and letters I had to memorize for my Bio midterm this friday. Oh well. At least I saw some funny videos when I started zoning out after 4 hours of studying. The funniest by far was the the Green Team one. Check it out on funny or die. goodnight.

My first blog post

So today was uneventful. I'm taking LS3 right now and my professor's accent is incredibly hard to follow. Basically spent the whole lecture trying to make out what my professor was saying instead of learning cells, Rna, Dna, IF2, xyz, lmnop. On the bright side the stuff I'm learning is really interesting! Who knows...maybe I'll become a scientist =]
