Don’t worry. Start now. Get up, take a few deep breaths, stretch, count to ten with your eyes closed. Then take out your books and a notebook and a pen. Get on with it. Start reading, annotating, take down your notes. If you feel your focus faltering, sit back, take a few deep breaths, walk around a bit, get back to your books. It’s never too late.

Inktober 2018 Day 2 : Tranquil.

Looked at the official Inktober prompt list and the first thing that came to mind when I saw “Tranquil” was Koi fish.

okay I know that there are terrible terrible people out there but listen

I also know that there are people who stop and smile at tiny plants growing out of sidewalk cracks, people who laugh so loud they snort, people who compliment others randomly, people who take pictures of their friends because they love seeing their friends happy, people who ramble about things that they’re passionate about, people who blush and stutter, people who are kind, people who are warm, people who love and love and love and love.

list of things the universe has been telling me lately (bc maybe you need to hear it too):

+ you are a blooming flower; a butterfly opening her wings
+ I’ve placed you in this moment for a significant purpose, nothing is by coincidence
+ you come from a long line of healers and lovers and servers. those traits still course through your dna

Hello there!

Hope you’re having a good day! I’m kinda surprised by how productive I was today. I started my day with a study session at the library and I was way sooner done with my To do list than I had expected 🤔 Went to the gym afterwards hitting chest, biceps & abs and now it’s time to chill 📺😎 I love getting all my things done in the mornings! So worth it!

2018 is about little victories. we’re not putting pressure on ourselves to become everything we’ve always wanted to be because nobody can do that in a year. instead we’re focusing on making forward strides and we’re celebrating every single win no matter how small.

So yesterday was the first day in 3 weeks I had to be at Uni for 8 am, and it snowed all night long and there were about 30 cm in the morning. The whole city was kind of paralyzed, and I had to get to my uni by feet but I was so genuinely happy!!

Today it was snowing again so I changed my spot for studying :)

I feel like im three years behind in all my classes omg

that feel when you spend time studying for individual midterms but fall increasingly behind in other classes and it’s just a downward spiral and now you’re done midterms but you also got two quizzes this week on material you were ignoring beCAUSE YOU WERE STUDYING FOR YOUR MIDTERMS

at least this weekend is a three day holiday and it’s chinese new year and tet (for those who celebrate!) and i can spend time at home catching up at my own pace instead of being pressured by midterms and quizzes lul

Have a great valentines day eve!!
