Exciting news: I curated a photography show that will open at the Arts + Literature Laboratory in Madison, Wisconsin in the New Year. Sarah Stellino is a talented photographer and this will be the biggest exhibition of her work to date. Queering Rural Spaces opens in Madison on January 10, 2023. I used to be a social media zealot, so some of this is a surprising about-face for me. It makes sense, though — Social nets like Instagram are fun but don't really have artists in mind, especially these days. I spent last weekend writing this piece, and I'd love more people to see it.
