Name a star after Naya.

As many of you know after the passing of Cory Monteith, we raised money and named a star after Cory. This ceritificate ended up on the Glee Set for the cast to see everyday.

We are going to do the same for Naya, and get the certificate to her family. We are also going to send a build-a-bear with a sound byte of her voice to her sweet boy, Josey.

All overages will go to the charity the trevor project and or to cover funeral expenses if her family desires.

After thinking it through, and discussing with a few people - we are thinking that if there is any extra funds raised we would like the money to go to the riveras for nayas funeral service as not to take away any inheritance from her sweet boy, josey. i will DM jenna ushkowitz and see that they receive it.

IN MEMORY OF NAYA RIVERA

Naya Rivera was a mom, a sister, a daughter. She was an actress, a singer, a writer, a model. She was a latina woman who went through a lot in this life. She was always vocal and open about important issues such as homophobia, racism, toxic relationships, sexism, motherhood, abortion. Her character in Glee was probably one of the most influential and important representations for the LGBTQ+ community and she always talked about how Santana was important for young LGBT people and how proud she was for being able to represent something good. If Santana ever helped you, Naya was so proud of that and of you. She changed lives.

Thank you, Naya. You’ll be remembered and missed.
