Rubbing his hands back and forth at a job well done, Kai looked around at the ruined wedding party. Dead bodies still littered the room and in another hour or so their smell would start to become overwhelming. The few remaining strings of white lights up above had finally stopped swinging and calm was seeming to return to the building. Of course, it helped that Kai was now the only person left standing and had rearranged the place more to his liking.

For one, Bonnie had been removed and placed somewhere hidden with a spell keeping her from escaping. The body of Damon Salvatore on the other hand had been positioned into a much better angle. With magic, naturally, because ew, Kai was not planning on touching that. There were dead people and then there was just gross. Meanwhile, he had also been cloaked because the idea had worked so well with his girlfriend before. Why not give it another go?

Scrolling lazily through the list of contacts on Damon’s cell phone, Kai smiled as his finger hovered over Stefan Salvatore. Clicking the text message button, he happily typed away the words Help! and Wedding barn before sending them. For a moment, he considered adding on some kind of worried or angry emoticon, but chose against it. Damon didn’t seem the type to add such fun little quirks to his messages.

With the set up complete, Kai returned to the raised platform where he had been sitting when Damon first entered and looked down at the dead body of his father. Sucked dry until his dying breath, the man had actually attempted to call Kai an abomination even with the last of his will. It hadn’t worked as they weren’t in a movie and he’d instead been dropped down into one of the myriad shards of glass surrounding the area. Content with the stage as he peered around once more, Kai closed his eyes. Unlike the idiot brother that was now dead, he guessed Stefan might be a little smarter instead of just blindly charging forward. That meant listening for when he approached.
