me: he does not have your best interests at heart

her: sighs I know, but—

me: he stole, that’s an act you said was a red line

her: just once…

me: IT WAS YOUR SOUL

her: sighs

me: GIRL, DON’T FUCK THE DEVIL

“I’m trying to focus on my first year in college while my parents get divorced. They told me when I came home for Thanksgiving break. They’ve been together since they were my age. Dad wanted to be a successful artist. He was always the dreamer. He was the one that played games with me, while Mom was the one that helped me with my homework. I just don’t think that Mom felt she could grow with him anymore. She’d recently gone back to school and gotten a new job. Dad is still hoping that his art will get noticed. She thinks he needs to be realistic. He thinks she lost hope too early. Ever since they decided to separate, I noticed that a light seemed to dim in my dad. But a light seemed to grow in my mom.”

A comedic legend in San Francisco, one of the guys when I was an open micer took me under his odd, weird wing, and was sweet and kind and supportive and energetic and awesome, his name was Jimmy Gunn. A great comedian, a great man; he had great problems with his kidneys and he passed away… And I thought, since today we’re talking about pseudoscience, and how destructive and damaging it can be — even though it’s a very funny episode — we could all text $5 to the American Kidney Foundation. If you text the word “FIGHT” to 20222, you’ll donate $5 to kidney research. And it will be in the memory of a great guy, and a very funny dude, who really helped a lot of San Francisco comedians find their comedic voices WITHOUT offering them tinctures, snake oils, weirdnesses.

Best part of having a show involving photography is sometimes people dress up for it.
