Nate Imagine (Forever Baby Girl)

Nate Imagine (Forever Baby Girl) Request: Could you do a Nate Maloley Imagine where I feel like he doesn’t love me anymore but he shows me he does 😍 Yeah sure, this is my first Nate request :) I am so sorry this has taken me forever to write. I have been slacking off even though it’s spring break. I have been sick pretty much all week and I don’t understand why it always happens over break but let’s get this started ———- You know life is kind of hard when you’re trying to enjoy your spring break but your boyfriend is off touring, all your friends are in Florida, and you can’t leave home because your broke, and on top of that you’re sick. "Life, you amaze me sometimes," You croaked out as you stared at the ceiling while lying in bed. You had a two week break and it was already Wednesday of the first week. Why does time always seem to go by so much faster when you don’t want it to. You’re not even having fun right now you just wish you could sleep all day. You sat up from where you were lying on your bed, groaning in the process because you hadn’t moved since 7pm last night. You couldn’t really get up and you didn’t want to so you grabbed your phone and unlocked it, doing the only thing you could think of. You went on twitter.

@y/t/n: sick on spring break what else you got for me life #blessed

@y/t/n: missin u @skatemaloley

You scrolled through your feed and saw all the video edits done by fans of Nate and the boys and you couldn’t help but smile. You laughed occasionally but tried your hardest not to because then you would have a 10 minute cough fit.

@skatemaloley: so happy with my life right now

@skatemaloley: I love you all

@skatemaloley: tour life all night!

You smiled but it was a sad smile. Nate’s been so busy lately that you haven’t even gotten to talk with him on the phone for more than 10 minutes. You understood that this was his dream but you were kind of hoping that he wouldn’t forget about you.

You were starting to feel drowsy once again but before you fell asleep you managed to text him.

y/n: I miss you

** ** ** ** ** ** ** "Y/n?" You heard from the doorway of your room. You just grunted in response. "Are you feeling any better sweetheart?" Your mother prodded. You eventually gave up trying to avoid her and sat up. You cleared your throat and inhaled through your nose and then smiled. "Much better," You replied. "That’s good, maybe you can go out today," Your mother suggested. You thought about it for a second before telling her you would think about it. When she left the room you grabbed your phone and checked to see if Nate had texted you back.

No new messages

You frowned when you saw this but you tried to brush it off as you stood up and stretched your legs after two days of bed rest. You hadn’t even showered so that was the first thing on your to do list.

After a relaxing warm shower you made your way back into your room where the sun was shining much brighter than it needed to but you let it slide. For some reason you felt really happy and bouncy despite the recent events or lack thereof.

Image

You pulled a dark grey loose tank top over your torso before shrugging on a navy blue flannel and pulling on black denim jean shorts. You slipped your all black converse over your socks before grabbing your phone, some cash, and a blk water bottle and exiting your room. You went downstairs with a bounce in your step and dropped into a chair at the kitchen table where your mom handed you a glass of orange juice and some eggs. "The orange juice will help your throat. Even though you’re not sick today you could still recovering, and it’s better safe than sorry," She warned. You complied to her request as you downed the orange juice in less than five seconds.

"Feeling better y/n?" Your little brother asked as he came in to the kitchen. (I’m going to give him a name so just deal with it) Caden was seven and not an annoyance like Charlie, your other brother, but Caden could be a pain at times. "Yeah I am, what do you want to do today?" You asked him, because you didn’t have any plans or any friends to hang out with in Omaha, because they were all on tour or in Florida. "Can you teach me how to skate board? Charlie promised he would but he never did," Caden pouted. Typical Charlie. Charlie’s 17 and he’s going through this phase that every teenager goes through. As for you, well you’re 21 and have been for the past four months and 11 days. Yeah there’s an age gap between Caden and you (14 years) but you don’t mind. You like hanging out with Caden, mostly because you don’t want Charlie to corrupt him too soon. "Well I can teach you how to skate board and then you can show off to Charlie, how about that?" You offered him and a small smile broke out on his face and he nodded vigorously. "Well finish your breakfast and go get changed and then we can head out," You said as you cleared your plate of eggs. You washed your dishes before you went to the closet and grabbed your penny board and Caden’s. Since you’re 21 and in college you don’t get to spend as much time with Caden or Charlie as you would like, but then again Charlie isn’t always jumping for joy to hang out with you. Thankfully you went to college in Omaha so you were able to visit throughout the week and spend the night over the weekends. "Okay I’m done eating!" Caden shouted from the kitchen and you heard his feet pounding on the staircase as he ran to get dressed. You smiled to yourself as you turned off the light in the closet and shut the door. 10 minutes later your mother was saying goodbye as the two of you walked out the front door.

You didn’t go far just in case Caden got hurt, you could quickly rush him home. "Alright first I’m going to teach you how to get on the skate board," You told him as you set it on the ground and he did the same. "Just watch first and then I will explain, then you can try," You told him. That was how you’re entire skate boarding lesson went. *3 hours later* "LOOK Y/N I’M DOING IT!" Caden shouted as he successfully managed to get on the skate board without falling off and cruise down the side walk with the occasional push off the ground. "GOOD JOB CADEN!" You shouted down to him as you rushed to catch up with him on your own penny board. "Can we skate board and get ice cream?" He asks excitedly. "Sure," You said with a laugh, you had no idea where all of this energy came from. As the two of you were skate boarding home, with the occasional stop for Caden to realign himself on the side walk he turned to you. "Y/n? Where’s Nate?" He asked and you felt a pang in your heart but put a smile on for Caden. "He’s out touring the country with Sammy," You told him. "You remember Sammy right?" You asked looking at Caden. "Yeah," Caden said as he looked forward again. "I miss Nate," He suddenly said. "You and me both kiddo," You said to yourself. The two of you got home a little after lunch and your mom had Caden take a shower before he could eat. "Could you go get Charlie and have him come down?" Your mother asked and you nodded. You walked up the stairs making sure not to shout because you knew that Charlie hated that. You knocked on his door and waited before you got a muffled ‘come in’. You opened the door and found Charlie lying on the floor in pajamas just looking at the ceiling. "What are you doing?" You asked as you walked into the room and sat on his bed. "Thinking," He muttered before sitting up and looking at you. "What are you doing?" He asked. "Mom wants you to come downstairs," You told him to which you received a long groan. You wanted to tell him off so much about disrespecting our mom but you knew you did it too when you were his age, never wanting to do anything, just sitting in your room all day long. It passes. Charlie was really into music and that was one thing you didn’t mind about him staying in his room all day. Most kids have to deal with siblings who blast music that you no one would ever actually listen to, but Charlie’s different. Charlie writes music and plucks his guitar softly. Sometimes you would hear him playing on his keyboard at night because he thought of something at 2am in the morning and wouldn’t go to sleep until he recorded it. It could be annoying at times but you liked it. You shook your head out of its trance and exited his room before going back downstairs to eat lunch. As you were coming down the stairs you could hear shouting, lots of shouting. You didn’t want to interfere so you just listened hoping it would die down. Charlie was always an independent kid just in different ways than what most people expected. He didn’t run off and get drunk or spray paint walls. He wouldn’t sneak out to go to parties, he didn’t bring home girls and sleep with them, the most he ever did was run off and occasionally spend the night at a friend’s house or run off and play music in coffee shops. You knew this because you followed him one time because you were worried. Despite the fact that Charlie was antisocial and hard to get along with he wasn’t a bad kid and you saw that, he just had a really odd way of showing it. "WHY AM I ALWAYS THE ONE IN TROUBLE! Y/N GET’S AWAY WITH EVERYTHING, SHE’S THE PERFECT CHILD! YOU NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT HER!" Charlie shouted and your heart sunk. "Y/N IS NOT PERFECT AND I DON’T LOVE HER MORE THAN YOU, I LOVE YOU ALL EQUALLY BUT CHARLIE PLEASE, DON’T MAKE THIS HARDER ON ME!" Your mother said back. It was silent for a moment and your heart picked up as you hoped they had stopped fighting. But your hope was crushed when you heard Charlie scoff. "I’m making this hard on you?" He said with this accusing tone. "You’re not the only one who misses Dad and you’re not the only one who can mope about it. I have every right to feel hurt," Charlie said to her. He wasn’t shouting it was more like he was accusing her. "y/n?" You heard from behind you and you had to refrain yourself from screaming when you heard the little voice from behind you. "Nothing’s happening Caden just go in your room and mommy will come and get you when lunch is ready," You said quickly ushering him into his room. You shut the door before returning to your spot on the stairs waiting for the conversation to continue but instead all you could hear was your mother shouting Charlie’s name. You raced down the stairs to see the front door wide open and your mother with her head in her hands. You walked over to your mother and grabbed her arms gently. She jumped from surprise but her eyes softened when they met yours. "Mother you know I love you, but you need to be patient with Charlie. You know he’s different and you know he’s sensitive. He doesn’t want to admit it but he is. You know that Charlie’s not a bad kid. He’s a great kid, he doesn’t party or get drunk, he just runs away from his problems because he’s too confused about how to deal with them," I told her calmly. She nodded her head. "Just promise me you will be more patient with him and don’t yell at him, you know he doesn’t do well with yelling," You told her. "Okay," She said before you dropped her hands. You then assessed the next situation which was to find Charlie. You weren’t entirely worried about him because this happened every so often and he always came back within a day or two, and was never drunk or high for that matter. Charlie was old enough to drive but he didn’t have his license so you knew he couldn’t be far. You ran down the drive way and looked left and right to see which way he could have gone and you saw a figure make a sharp right turn on your right so you ran after it. It had to be Charlie. Charlie had a head start because you had to get your mom under control but you were determined not to let Charlie get away. You just wanted to help Charlie stop avoiding his problems. Also Charlie was the only one in the house you could really talk to about anything. You just didn’t do it all that often. "Charlie!" You shouted as you ran after him. You were nearing the corner when you almost slipped but you quickly regained your balance and continued running. Once you rounded the corner you couldn’t see the figure anymore. It was open roads ahead but he was nowhere in sight. You ran down the sidewalk until you reached the nearest corner and you looked down to see if Charlie had gone down that way. If that was Charlie he wouldn’t have gone to his friend’s house or the coffee shop because he heard you screaming his name. You didn’t know where else he would go. Suddenly your phone buzzed.

Charlie: Meet me at the airport

Your eyebrows furrowed, why would he tell you where he was?

y/n: why?

Charlie: just do it

You didn’t question it anymore and shut off your phone and started the 15 minute walk to the airport. The airport wasn’t far obviously but you had no idea why Charlie would be at the airport. *15 minutes later*

You walked into the airport and felt the scent of fast food and expensive luggage hit your nose.

y/n: alright I’m here where are you?

You texted to Charlie as you looked around.

Charlie: Gate D

You followed the directions on the boards above your head to get to Gate D before you spotted Charlie. He was sitting with his hands in his pockets and looking away from you. You walked over quietly and sat down next to him. He didn’t even turn to look at you. "I know you miss Nate," He said suddenly and you were taken aback. But before you could say anything he continued, "You talk in your sleep sometimes." You were quite dumbstruck. "Okay, but what does that have anything to do with this?" You asked as you gestured to the airport. "Because I know you y/n," He said and you were only becoming more and more confused. "I’m sorry come again?" You said with furrowed eyebrows. "Out of all the people in that house you understand me the most. You know I like my space and you respect that, you don’t punish me for running away, you don’t yell at me because you know I can’t take it well," Charlie said as he looked at his hands in his lap. "I know this because I was like that too at one point in my life, I didn’t want to do anything, I liked being alone. But I know all of this because I care about you Charlie. You’re not like most teenage boys Charlie and for me that’s a good thing," I explained to him and I saw him smile at the end of my statement a bit. "But I thought that I should repay you a bit for putting up with me and all of my antics," Charlie said as he finally looked me in the eye. "Repay me with what?" You asked confused. "Turn around," He said with a smirk on his face. You turned your face away from his and looked behind you.

"Hey y/n," He said. You were star struck. You had no idea how to react. "Hey Charlie you think she’s okay?" He asked looking to Charlie. "y/n wake up and go kiss your boyfriend I promise I’ll look away even though it’s gross," Charlie said hitting your arm which did the trick. You playfully shoved him before running to Nate and jumping in his arms. "I missed you so much," You said as your arms found their way around his neck and you hugged him close to you. "I missed you too," He said as his arms encircled your waist and his lips pressed a kiss to your temple. "Then how come you never texted me back?" You asked when you pulled away. "That was this kid’s fault," He said pointing to Charlie and your eyes landed on him and your eyebrows raised but Nate continued before you could do or say anything, "He called Sammy a couple of days ago asking how bad I missed you and I guess Sammy boy spilled and Charlie here said you really missed me too, so they kind of hooked us up," Nate said as he played with my hair. You looked back at Charlie this time with an appreciative smile. "Apparently in Sammy’s words Nate here was complaining in his sleep about how much he missed you," Charlie teased Nate and I saw Nate glare at Charlie and I couldn’t help but laugh a bit. "That is not relevant," Nate said shaking off Charlie’s teases. "I’m just glad I get to see you," He said with a smile before cupping my cheeks and pulling me closer to him so he could kiss me. Right when his lips met mine I felt the butterflies explode in my stomach and I wrapped my arms around his neck. I missed this, I missed Nate. "Okay let’s keep it PG please your brother is right here," Charlie said ruining the moment but you weren’t that big on PDA anyway. "Let’s go home," You said with a smile as you grabbed Nate’s hand and he grabbed his bags. "Wait speaking of home. Charlie was that entire fight with mom staged?" You asked incredulously. "What? Oh um that. Um well yeah, we had to get you out here without you thinking we were up to something," Charlie confessed looking nervous but you just rolled your eyes and let out a sigh. "Whatever it’s fine," You told him as you guys walked out of the airport. "Maybe we should get a car," Nate said when we walked out and it was raining. "Yeah," You said back as you pulled out your phone to dial home. You put it on speaker as you waited for your mom to pick up. "Hello?" You heard a tiny voice say. "Hey Caden can tell Mommy to come pick us up at the airport?" I asked him. "Do you want me to skate board down?" He asked and you laughed at that. "No I think we will need a car to carry Nate’s suitcase," You told him with a smile. "NATE’S HERE?!?" He screamed with excitement and you laughed. Nate smiled and leaned over the phone to talk to Caden. "Hey little buddy," He said. "I guess you weren’t the only one who missed me," He said with a wink. "Hi Nate, y/n missed you," He said and you could feel your cheeks burning up. "So I heard," Nate said slyly whilst looking at you, only causing you to blush more. "Well can you get your mommy on the phone?" He asked and Caden quickly ran to our mom and handed her the phone. "Hello?""Hello Mrs. y/l/n, I just arrived at the airport and I am here with Charlie and y/n would you mind picking us up?" He said sweetly and you had to admit this boy had charm. "Of course I will be right down." With that he hung up the phone after saying a quick ‘thank you’ and placed it in my back pocket. "Hey Charlie can you give us a minute?" Nate asked and you raised your eyebrow as to ask ‘what for’ but Nate ignored that. "Yeah sure, but don’t be makin out while I’m gone," He muttered as he walked away to get some food. Nate then turned to you and put his hands on your shoulders. "Look y/n I’m gonna come clean. I really did miss you and I really don’t like leaving you here. I know you have to go to college and all but I don’t want to be without you," He said and your heart was beating out of your chest. "What are you saying Nate?" You asked unsure. "Come with me," He stated. "On tour?" You almost shouted but Nate chuckled and shushed you. "Yes on tour, you can stay backstage during all of the shows and you can meet all the fans with me," He said with a smile. "Nate, it all sounds amazing and really fun but I have college. As much as I would like to go on tour with you I have to finish college so I can get a job," You tell him. "Y/n you don’t need a job you’re talented. I don’t know why you’re majoring in mathematics when you could be on tour with me singing and doing what you love," He said sadly. "It sounds amazing and I would love to but I promised my dad I would finish college even though I don’t like it," You told him and he grew quiet. Your head fell and you looked at your feet on the ground. But you felt a finger on your chin and Nate tilted your head so you were looking him in the eye. "But would your dad want you to be miserable? I know you loved him but wouldn’t he want you to do what you want to do in life instead of sitting behind a desk for another year?" He practically begged. You turned away and looked out at the now dark sky and the falling rain. "Yeah he would," You finally said with a smile and you watched a s a huge grin made its way onto Nate’s face. "Good, because the next tour is in one week and you’re coming with us," He said with a smile as he quickly kissed you. "Wait us?" You asked confused and Nate’s grin changed to a smirk. "Yeah, us," A new voice said from behind you causing you to jump and turn around. "SAMMY!" You said with a smile and you hugged him. "Glad to see you too y/n," He said with a laugh. "This boy would not stop talking about you and how he missed you," Sammy teased Nate but Nate quickly punched Sammy in the shoulder causing Sammy to let out a yelp but he laughed it off. Suddenly you heard a honk and you looked out to see your mom’s car. "Sammy can you go find Charlie while Nate and I put his bags in the back along with yours?" You asked and Sammy set out to find Charlie.

Once you were all situated in the car you let out a sigh and leaned your head on Nate’s shoulder. "I thought you forgot about me," You whispered to Nate and his body tensed. "Why would you ever think that?" He asked sitting up, still whispering. "You seemed so happy with tour life and you hadn’t texted me back in four days. You also never seemed down on social media. I don’t want to be that girlfriend that stalks you and everything saying that you are too happy in this picture and stuff like that but you just didn’t look like you missed me," You admitted. "Y/n how could you ever think I forgot about you. I thought about you all the time but I lost my phone so I couldn’t text you and all of those tweets were from the base. They are allowed access to our social media to post things about the events. So they pose as us. But I thought about you every day but I had to put on a show and even though you weren’t there it is still fun and all, but you would make it so much better," He admitted and you smiled. "I love you Nate," You said into his chest. "I love you too baby girl, forever." ————————————— I hope that is good enough for right now, I’m sorry AGAIN for not posting. I’m still sick ugh. But I will be posting a blog post tomorrow and I will be posting the next chapter in The Secret Life of Malia Dallas on wattpad  (username: simplicational) so y’all should go check it out! :) xoxo -simplicational’s queen

a boy was bullied throughout his childhood for being gay and the principal of his school said that if he was to act so openly gay he should expect that kind of treatment. The school board did nothing about it.

Years later, once he had graduated high school, he and his family sued the school board for not doing anything about his bullying. They won the case and got $900,000.
