Due to poor throat conditions, Hosoyan has been recommended by the doctors to take a break from seiyuu related work. He plans on returning before the end of this year.

Promote? There’s no need to promote. Because everyone knows already. JJ is everything. JJ is the king of the world. Everyone can’t help but love JJ. IT’S JJ STYLE!!
What’s the most memorable scene or line for you?
Most? Is there such thing as most? The scenes that JJ appears in are everything. No one can take their eyes off JJ. But, if I had to choose one, it has to be “IT’S JJ STYLE!!”
Who’s your favorite character?
Favorite character? You’re asking JJ this question? I like JJ, and only JJ. And, the one that everyone in the world loves is also JJ only.
Who do you think is a rival to the character you’re voicing?
Rival? I have never said anything about a rival or even thought about it, but I’ll say strongly that I am my own rival. That’s right. JJ’s rival can only be JJ!!
Please tell us a story that happened during the recording sessions?
I was moved when everyone sang JJ’s song together in the studio. I thought, “As expected, JJ is loved by the world!” That’s why JJ also demonstrated his best singing skills at the studio.

I’m sorry, JJ just took over me all of a sudden, so the comments were a bit chaotic… (laugh). For me, I am really glad to have taken part in “Yuri!!! On ICE” and the recording sessions have been so enjoyable that I was able to voice JJ with lots of enthusiasm. Please continue supporting JJ! Also, please look forward to the story development to come! There is a really amazing GP Final waiting!!

Yes viktor’s seiyuu (Suwabe Junichi) is cosplaying as viktor. And yes he is holding a fake makkachin because the actual plush is still in the making. AND YES YOU SHOULD LOVE BOTH OF THEM FOR BEING SO CUTE
yayyy its nearing christmas, which means seiyuu requests are open again! this year's theme is SEIYUU FACTS ヽ(✿ﾟ▽ﾟ)ノ request for any seiyuu and i will make a magazine/radio/video translation for the seiyuu!
there will also be video translations coming up the next few weeks~ (hint: one video will be from free! radio since lots of people requested for it) look forward!
