when your captain is kuchiki byakuya and every day is a struggle of trying to find out if the BI face is just a regular face or if it’s an unspoken death sentence because your paperwork is two weeks late but you turned it in a month ago on the last friday and the BI face is still there and now you’re sweating profusely and it’s only 8:01 on monday morning
