jayden didn’t even have to reply to the younger male, his expression said it all. “um.. i don’t know how i feel about this outfit, dude. it’s kind of…… too much, don’t you think?” maybe it was his tendency to wear dark and subtle colors, but the ‘brightness’ of the other’s attire almost made him want to cringe.

“you really think so?” she gently touches her braid, a smile blooming on her lips. evangeline had spent over an hour trying to perfect the complicated hair routine after she saw a video of a beauty vlogger on her sns post a tutorial. while it looked easy on screen, it was quite difficult for the girl. especially since her hair was so long. it’s reassuring to know her efforts weren’t for nothing. “thank you, i really appreciate you saying that! maybe if you grow your hair longer, i can braid yours too.”

“Yes! it looks complicated to do. Ah i wish i know girl things.” he started laughing and raised both thumbs up, while still looking at the female’s braids. It is well defined and he may not be familiar with girl stuff, but he had seen his older sister do things with her hair before and he finds it amazing how girls can be creative over things like hair. “If my hair grew longer? I bet I’d look pretty ugly with those. I’d look like a hobo than looking like thor or someone.”

jeoni stretched his long masculine arms, pulling away from the acne he received from the long hours of dance practice. he picked his hoodie a little lower as well, covering much of his face. turning his head to the side, he could see the disappointment in the young idol’s face. jeoni could imagine gale wandering all over the building in search for his members, but there’s no avail. for a moment, he questioned why he couldn’t contact them through mobile. maybe there’s a reason. “hm?” he hummed, raising a brow as he looked at him. “ah~ how can I refuse that invitation.” there is no way he’ll say no to food, even if he is the last option. plus, gale seem to need a friend that night. he could be that friend.

Gale being a rookie himself doesn’t have his phone with him, he’s not even allowed to own an ipad or any device that he can access the internet by his own. He hates sharing a group phone for the group’s instagram and felt useless without a phone to contact everyone, even his parents. One of the things that’s hard for him when not owning a phone is findin out where his members are in case he ever got lost. Today is one of those days. His expression turned into a frown as he pouted his lips and stood still in front of the older male. He really wished he would join him. 

（ ❥ ⋰ She was honestly quite relieved he was helping her out, it was difficult to gather fifty-something papers all scattered about on the floor. “ Thank you, really. “ She said, giving a slight bow of her head in thanks. “ They’re supposed to go to the main office! I was given the task of delivering them from one of the vocal instructors– I think he trusted the wrong person, though. “ Atsuki spoke again, lightly joking as she referred to the current incident on hand, carefully picking up the papers as well. ）

He started laughing, because no matter how much he helped the female, he really can’t say anything since he’s clumsy as well, or the type of person that shouldn’t be trusted to deliver things. “We all have those days noona. But then...everyday is like that to me.” he shook his head as he picked up the last remaining papers. “I can’t be assigned to do these by myself. I’d probably deliver it with missing pages, or wet pages.” he started walking towards the main office, keeping up with her pace. “Noona, when’s your debut though? They should debut you already.”

            Was that a CHALLENGE ? It sounded like one . A grin stretches on her lips before she shakes her head , hand reaching out to snatch a spare mic and bringing it to her lips . While she’s never been to karaoke since her high school days , for OBVIOUS reasons , she was equipped with a voice and the presence to OUTSHINE the other .

             All in good fun , of course . As the other started singing , she brought the mic to her lips , belting out the lyrics and notes during her parts , a wide grin sitting on her lips .

As soon as he heard the female sing, his jaw immediately dropped as he already accepted defeat. One, the female can sing better than him, and two for a rapper, there is no way he can belt out those notes. He clearly did underestimated his opponent. He watched the female sing, gleefully clapping along.

“So… I’m right, huh? You are on your way to the store I told you about. Without me…” Letting out a huff, he pretended to be offended. “Didn’t I tell you? I’m psychic. I only need to think of someome and I can see where they are.” He said, his finger tapping against the back of his phone as he held it to his ear. For some reason, probably because they shared the same name, Jinwoo liked to mess around with the younger so when he saw him walking alone, he decided to call him. “Just kidding. Look to your left. I’m on the other side of the street.” The smile on his face was audible in his voice and he lifted his arm up, waving a little to catch the younger’s attention from the other side of the street before he pointed to the right where only a few meters away from him were pedestrian lights that would help him to cross the street. “Stay there. I’ll come to you.” He said into his phone before he hung up and started walking.

（ ❥ ⋰ Atsuki looked to the other with slightly surprised eyes. “ Oh– you don’t have to! Though…I greatly appreciate it. “ Her embarrassed laughter followed, for she hadn’t been paying attention to where she was walking, thus the papers she was carrying went everywhere. ）

“But noona, you’re already struggling.” he chuckled as he pointed out the obvious with all the papers scattered on the floor. He didn’t waste time and actually starts picking up the papers quickly. Gale had always been helpful towards everyone, it’s in his nature. As he finished, he took some of the papers that the female had been carrying. “Noona, where do we put this? And no problem, I just love helping out.”

（ ☆ ） ━  She watched as he took the last cookie, a saddened look instantly filling her face. Jutting her lips into a pout, she looked towards the floor and sulked. “But… Cookie.”

He saw the cookie on the plate, sitting on top of the table and immediately took it without hesitation. He even said “I’ll take this one last cookie!” in a happy tone without even looking around him. He was tired from practice and really wanted to eat rice but as soon as he saw the dessert, he went for it as fast as he could. As he was close to eating it, his eyes darted towards the female who’s pouting which made him stop. “Ah...you wanted this cookie?” he asked and quickly placed it back to the plate. “Take it...I’m not that hungry anyways.” he smiled brightly and nodded.

“I’ve been here since early dawn, but I never saw your bandmates.” he replied, a little in daze from the lack of sleep due to his intensive practice. “but I will keep in touch. maybe they haven’t been in the company building over all. I do heard that Utopia sunbaenims are in the third floor. Maybe they saw them?”

He sighed and shook his head, “I don’t know where they went and I already asked Utopia sunbaenims a while ago...my brother said  he haven’t seen my Ok:Go hyungs...” he sat down on the practice room’s floor with a small pout from his lips. Was he disappointed? yes. He made plans on treating his members because he received money from his parents but it seemed like his members already made plans themselves. “Hyung...if you’re not busy...can you just accompany me? Not to make you second choice but yes...I’ll treat you food!”

“ no need to stress yourself. take your time. “ the idol is still young after all. there are plenty of chances to learn his own potential. honestly, these kids these days who are so eager to grow up tend to miss childhood way too early. that is one thing he is worried about. “ you can do what you can do now, and think for the next thing tomorrow. too many ideas are quite confusing, aren’t they? “

He nodded while his eyes remained darted towards the lyrics sheet that he had been working on since this morning. It’s been so stressful for him, and as much as he wanted to finish right away, he just can’t. He still lacks creativity and ideas to make the song better. “I wanna finish this but then...I also want to just eat dokbokki right now.” he chuckled a little as he stares at the room’s clock. “It’s been 7 hours since I came here...I should stop and do it tomorrow then hyung. Thanks for that advice!”
