On April 23, 2105, it will have been a full five years since Generator Rex first premiered on Cartoon Network.  For as much as this show has meant to me and a number of other fans, I really want to do something special this time around for the anniversary.  So why not a GR merch give away?

FusionFall Dexter ~  I’d never really drawn him before so I wanted to give it a go. ~ I’m thinking of making more of these with the other characters!

First Human X-ray 1896. The woman, Marie Curie, who took part in this experiment had so many X-rays taken that she developed a form of blood cancer and died.

Took part? TOOK PART????? SHE FUCKIN INVENTED THAT SHIT WITH HER BAE (that’s pierre curie)! Please don’t erase her enormous contributions and sacrifices to science by reducing her to some fuckin test subject k thanks.

Marie Curie was an amazing woman:

Physicist and chemist who conducted pioneering research on radioactivity. She was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize, the first person and only woman to win twice, the only person to win twice in multiple sciences, and was part of the Curie family legacy of five Nobel Prizes. She was also the first woman to become a professor at the University of Paris, and in 1995 became the first woman to be entombed on her own merits in the Panthéon in Paris.

She shared the 1903 Nobel Prize in Physics with her husband Pierre Curie and with physicist Henri Becquerel. She won the 1911 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. Her achievements included a theory of radioactivity (a term that she coined[3]), techniques for isolating radioactive isotopes, and the discovery of two elements, polonium and radium. Under her direction, the world’s first studies were conducted into the treatment of neoplasms, using radioactive isotopes. She founded the Curie Institutes in Paris and in Warsaw, which remain major centres of medical research today. During World War I, she established the first military field radiological centres.

Curie died in 1934 at the sanatorium of Sancellemoz (Haute-Savoie), France, due to aplastic anemia brought on by exposure to radiation – including carrying test tubes of radium in her pockets during research and her service during World War I in mobile X-ray units created by her.

I have an urgent mission for you all!

It seems in my absence it seems a few fusion spawns have broken into the lower levels of my laboratory. Those floor contain creatures and inventions that should never see the light of day. If Fuse get his hands on those inventions it could mean a lot of trouble for us. They must be eliminated as soon as possible, before the situation becomes far worse.

Are you in?

She started getting her gear ready. “Hey Dexter! It’s Cakehead, I’m on my way! I’ll turn them into Fusion Matter!! I’m pretty close by, so I’ll be there soon.” She said, putting away her communicator and started running to DexLabs. 

Dexter’s monitor flashed up with the messages from the willing recruits. “Hurry if possible, the spawns are working their way into the most secure areas of the lab. At this rate we don't have long before the break into the vault where the most dangerous inventions are held.” Dexter replied as he prepared the teleports to allow access to the lab.

We are getting close to answering the age old questions: Why are we here? Where did we come from? Does the Universe, in fact, have a beginning or an end? And if so, what are they like? If we find the answer to that, it would be the ultimate triumph of Human reason. We would know the mind of God.
