10 & 11 felt especially poignant. Oftentimes, especially in more corporate cultures, it's easy to beat oneself up for not having all of the right answers or solutions during a design critique. That's not the point, nor is it an indicator of good or bad design—or a good or bad designer for that matter. Working through design solutions quickly and soliciting feedback early and often should be a natural part of every designer's process.

Benjamin Keen created this handy little bookmarklet for testing responsive designs. It aligns each of the different views side-by-side in iframes on the same page so you don't have to keep resizing your browser. Genius.
